A place to work
In a city built for living
-
The historic meets the contemporary in the distinctive Camden Place, designed by the award-winning BBMOC Architects.
A duality of old-world and 21st century design has been carefully balanced over five floors and 65,000 sq ft of premium ‘Grade A’, river-front office space.
Dating from the late 19th century, this local landmark was, for decades, home to Atkins Garden Centre. During the 1990s, it temporarily housed Cork’s Courthouse, before most recently playing host to a community arts centre. Camden Place remains one of the very rare examples of Italianate architecture in Ireland.

Locating your offices at Camden Place will give you access to a talented and highly qualified workforce. Skilled graduates emerge yearly from University College Cork, ranked in the top 2% of worldwide universities, and Cork Institute of Technology, three times Sunday Times ‘Institute of the Year’ winner. These graduates are sought after by the Cork offices of multinational corporations such as Apple, VM Ware, EMC and Johnson & Johnson, among others.
In the friendly, southern city of Cork you will discover that the often-elusive work-life balance is now in reach.
Fondly known as the ‘real capital’ by its vivacious inhabitants, Cork City is a metropolitan European centre renowned for its fantastic quality of life & lower cost of living.
Five floors of contemporary and comfortable office space
In an expansive space that links past & present
1. The Building
-
A flagship building that defines the streetscape
In a highly-skilled work environment
-
The striking building has been uniquely finished to incorporate the authentic Venetian-style façade into a modern glazed exterior. As you enter, shafts of light flood the soaring, spacious atrium, which acts as a gateway connecting the old with the new.
The sought-after central waterfront location commands intimate views of both the River Lee & the hillsides surrounding the city centre.
The building’s considered design nods to its history while looking firmly to the future of business in Cork.
-
Floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the upper levels of the complex where purpose-built meeting rooms look out onto the water below. An expansive balcony wraps around the fourth floor, taking advantage of the south-facing views across the cityscape.
As you make your way up & through the circulation space, the bright atrium is never far from view.
This flow of light through the space connects each element of the building, creating a unified whole.
