Since 2003 we have been the innovators of bespoke crystal engraving, transforming your precious moments into 3D.

We are pioneers in 3D laser engraving and the only 3d scanning and laser engraving retailer in London.

The 3D images are laser engraved within a solid crystal block. This process ensures the image will never fade or deteriorate and remains everlasting.

Over the years we have opened stores across the United Kingdom, during festive seasons such as Christmas and Summer. We have since expanded our operations and succesfully entered a new market. We are the only 3D Crystal Engraving company to directly offer our services to Universities and Colleges across the United Kingdom.

We are also proud to say we have worked in partnership with many large co-operations incuding Warner Bros and the Harry Potter Franchise. In addition, we have also worked with Royal Families from various countries across the world.

2| On Site 3D Scanning Process

At our London store we have a team of highly trained specialists who are able to capture 3D images within 3 seconds .

Our 3D scanning technology captures several images from various angles, which are then integrated and aligned perfectly together to form the finished 3D image.

Our state of the art software enables us to then show the final product from all angles on screen for the customer to view. We provide this scanning service free of charge. Customer/s are able to retake the scan if they are not enitirely satisfied with the image.

‘In a Crystal’ strives to provide the highest standard of customer service and we train our sales assistants to recommend the most stunning 3D image to be engraved into the customers choice of crystal.

We have a great selection of crystals shapes available ranging from keyrings, diamond shaped crystals and also heart shaped crystals.

Once the customer chooses the 3d image they prefer, their 3D crystal is engraved within 15 minutes .

At present, we specialise in 3D imagery and provide two unique services.

Our newest 2D to 3D conversion service makes the perfect gift for occasions such as Graduations, Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays etc...

From the start of 2013 we have been able to exclusively provide our customers, with a 2D to 3D conversion service. This enables our customers to tranform any 2D pre-existing picture into an everlasting 3D memory.

Each 2D image takes approximately 1 hour to tranform to 3D, we have a team specialising in this area. This enables our 2D to 3D service to be consistent and ensure we are able to provide the best service and product for our customers.
