It’s no coincidence that a long line was

always snaking out the door of the

Bistro’s previous location. With their new

Einsiedlerhof spot, it means more tasty

burritos more often. The menu is simple yet

offers many variations starting with your

choice of a classic burrito, bowl, nachos or

quesadilla. After that you customize it with

your cheese, rice and beans, protein, salsa—

like the jalapeno verde or fire salsa—or fresh

guacamole and other toppings. House made

margaritas and daiquiris are available, as

well as making all meals (minus the margs)

kid-sized.
