In July 2009, Adrian McDonagh (Founding Director of EasyWeb Recruitment) decided to start running Free Online Recruitment Training sessions as a way of raising the profile of his company to the UK corporate recruitment market. Over the past 5 years he has trained over 5,000 in-house recruiters and HR professionals from a variety of companies, sharing tips on Direct Sourcing methods including Linkedin, Social Media and Job Boards as well as picking up tips from delegates who have found their own innovative ways of up tips from delegates who have found their own innovative ways of directly sourcing candidates.

Armed with all this valuable knowledge Adrian has decided to take his training in-house to recruitment teams across the UK. He is able to travel anywhere in the UK to deliver bespoke, highly practical, interactive sessions. Sessions are typically tailored to the client’s specific requirements with the standard training material refreshed to include practical examples from the client‘s direct sourcing efforts.

TTo date, he has held training sessions for Petrofac, IHG, Thomas Cook, Sodexo, Serco, JP Morgan, Barclaycard, RBS, The Co-operative, Wulvern Housing, Deaf Blind UK and Tesco.
