• The Torch of Learning began its journey from Delhi on November 23, 2012• The bus was inaugurated by Shri Salman Khurshid, Hon’ble Minister of External Affairs, Govt. of India• The bus was flagged off by Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Delhi
