HERE Händler-BestellcenterDas HERE Händler-Bestellcenter (DOC) ist eine Web-Anwendung, die Fachhändler zum Aktivieren undHerunterladen von Karten mit dem InControl Touch Pro Map Dienst verwenden können.


Da Karten wertvolle Güter sind, können die Karten auf dem USB-Stick aus Urheberrechtsgründennur auf speziell identifizierten Fahrzeugen installiert werden. Wenn Sie Karten auf den USB-Stickherunterladen, wird zusätzlich ein Lizenzschlüssel für das Fahrzeug (oder die Fahrzeuge) – per VINidentifiziert – auf den USB-Stick heruntergeladen.

AnmeldenDOC ist eine sichere Umgebung, die durch dedizierte Benutzernamen und Kennwörter geschütztwird. Diese werden per E-Mail an Sie versendet oder von der Jaguar-Vertriebsgesellschaft (NSC) vorOrt verwaltet. Diese Anmeldeinformationen sollten nur an das entsprechende Personal ausgestelltund von diesem verwendet werden.

Wichtig: Wenden Sie sich an die Vertriebsgesellschaft (NSC) in Ihrem Land, falls Sie denBenutzernamen und das Kennwort für Ihr Autohaus nicht erhalten haben. Füllen Sie dasSelbstregistrierungsformular auf der Anmeldeseite nicht aus.

DOC ist für den Zugriff mit Internet Explorer 10 auf einem PC optimiert.


Geben Sie Ihren Benutzernamen im Textfeld Benutzername: und Ihr Kennwort im Textfeld Kennwort:ein, und klicken Sie auf Anmelden.

Wichtig:

• Wenn das Kennwort vergessen oder geändert wurde, klicken Sie auf Passwortvergessen?, um eine automatische E-Mail-Erinnerung zu erhalten. Wenden Sie sich an IhreVertriebsgesellschaft (NSC) vor Ort, wenn Sie keine E-Mail-Erinnerung erhalten.

• Achten Sie darauf, Ihre Kennwörter zu aktualisieren, wenn Mitarbeiter, die DOCverwenden, nicht mehr für Ihr Autohaus arbeiten.

• Wenden Sie sich an Ihre Vertriebsgesellschaft (NSC) vor Ort, um die E-Mail-Adresse IhresAutohauses zu ändern oder eine E-Mail-Adresse hinzuzufügen. Beachten Sie, dass dieseine Firmen-E-Mail-Adresse und keine Privatadresse sein sollte.

VIN-AktivierungWenn Sie sich erfolgreich bei DOC angemeldet haben, wird der Startbildschirm angezeigt.

1. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.


2. Klicken Sie auf der Registerkarte INCONTROL PRO AKTIVIERUNGS-CENTER auf WEITER.

3. Geben Sie die VIN des Fahrzeugs, für das die Kartenaktivierung erforderlich ist, in das TextfeldVIN: ein. Wählen Sie in der Dropdownliste Zielmarkt: den Markt, auf dem Sie das Fahrzeugverkaufen möchten.

Hinweis: Der Zielmarkt ist basierend auf Ihrem Fachhändler-Land bereits vorabausgewählt.


4. Klicken Sie auf Hinzufügen, um die VIN auf Gültigkeit zu prüfen und zur Aktivierungsliste fürKarten-Update-Aktivierung und -Download hinzuzufügen.


5. Optional: Wiederholen Sie die vorherigen beiden Schritte für jedes Fahrzeug, das Sie für einKarten-Update aktivieren möchten. Sie können bis zu 50 Fahrzeuge für jede Serie hinzufügen.

Hinweis: Wenn Sie eine falsche VIN eingegeben haben, klicken Sie neben dem Posten, denSie entfernen möchten, auf Entfernen.

6. Wenn Sie alle Fahrzeuge hinzugefügt haben, klicken Sie auf WEITER.

Hinweis: Um das Formular zu löschen und zur vorherigen Seite zurückzukehren, klickenSie auf ABBRECHEN.

Nachdem Sie die VINs erfolgreich eingegeben haben, stehen die Karten zum Download bereit.

Um den Karten-Download-Prozess zu verwalten, muss InControl Pro Download Tool auf IhremComputer installiert sein. Informationen zum Installieren von InControl Pro Download Tool finden Sieunter Installieren Sie InControl Pro Download Tool auf Seite 20.

Sie können den Download direkt starten, indem Sie auf KARTEN HERUNTERLADEN klicken (siehe Bildoben). Informationen zum Durchführen des Karten-Downloads finden Sie unter Herunterladen von

Die Registerkarte HISTORIE enthält einen Datensatz der bereits eingegebenen VINs. Informationendazu, wie Sie von der Registerkarte HISTORIE erneut herunterladen, finden Sie unter Download oder

erneuter Download von Karten auf der Registerkarte HISTORIE auf Seite 19.


Herunterladen von KartenDieser Abschnitt beschreibt, wie Kartendaten auf einen USB-Stick heruntergeladen werden.

Hinweis: Ihre Vertretung trägt die Kosten für den Daten-Download.

1. Stecken Sie einen mit FAT32 formatierten USB-Stick mit einer Kapazität von mindestens 32 GB ineinen funktionierenden USB-Anschluss Ihres Computers.

Hinweis: Für eine optimale Leistung sollte der USB-Stick keine anderen Medien enthalten.Wenn ein Problem mit dem USB-Stick auftritt, versuchen Sie es mit einem anderen USB-Stick.

2. Um auf InControl Pro Download Toolzu klicken, klicken Sie auf KARTEN HERUNTERLADEN.

3. InControl Pro Download Tool überprüft jetzt Ihren USB-Stick.

Hinweis: Wenn Sie noch keinen USB-Stick angesteckt haben, zeigt InControl ProDownload Tool die unten eingeblendete Meldung an (die angezeigte Region hängt ab vonIhrer Auswahl in DOC).

Stecken Sie einen USB-Stick an, und klicken Sie auf AKTUALISIEREN, um Ihren Computerzu durchsuchen.

Wenn Sie InControl Pro Download Tool nicht von DOCgestartet haben, wird das folgendeMitteilungsfeld geöffnet:

4. Klicken Sie auf AUSWÄHLEN, um zu bestätigen, dass Sie den im Fenster InControl Pro DownloadTool angezeigten USB-Stick verwenden möchten und um den Download zu starten.


5. Sie können den Download anhalten oder abbrechen, indem Sie auf die entsprechendenSchaltflächen klicken.

Hinweis: Entfernen Sie den USB-Stick nicht, solange der Download läuft.

6. Klicken Sie auf ANLEITUNG FÜR DIE KARTENINSTALLATION, um Anweisungen zum Installierender Kartendaten im Fahrzeug anzuzeigen. Weitere Informationen finden Sie auch unterAktualisieren von Fahrzeug-Karten auf Seite 20.

7. Klicken Sie auf Beenden, bevor Sie den USB-Stick entfernen.

Download oder erneuter Download von Karten aufder Registerkarte HISTORIE

1. Klicken Sie nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung auf die Registerkarte INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.

2. Klicken Sie auf WEITER.

3. Um eine Liste der zuvor aktivierten VINs für das momentan eingeloggte Händlerkontoanzuzeigen, klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte HISTORIE.

4. Um nach Kartenaktivierungen für alle Händlerkonten zu suchen, geben Sie eine VIN ein undklicken auf Suchen.

5. Klicken Sie neben jeder VIN-Serie, für die Sie einen Karten-Download wünschen, auf ERNEUTHERUNTERLADEN.


Installieren Sie InControl Pro Download Tool1. Klicken Sie auf DOWNLOAD-TOOL INSTALLIEREN in DOC.

Hinweis: Sie benötigen Administratorrechte, um das Tool zu installieren. Wenden Sie sichan Ihre IT-Abteilung, falls Sie nicht über die erforderlichen Rechte verfügen.

2. Nachdem der Download abgeschlossen ist, doppelklicken Sie auf die Programmdatei, um denInControl Pro Download Tool Installationsassistenten zu starten.

Hinweis: Sie müssen Ihren Browser nicht neu starten.

Aktualisieren von Fahrzeug-KartenSobald Sie über einen USB-Stick mit dem heruntergeladenen Kartenmaterial verfügen, können Sie dieKarten in einem Fahrzeug aktualisieren.

Voraussetzungen

Die VIN des Fahrzeugs, in dem Sie die Karten installieren, muss mit einem der Lizenzschlüssel aufdem USB-Stick übereinstimmen. Wenn kein entsprechender Lizenzschlüssel vorhanden ist, könnenSie die Karten nicht in diesem Fahrzeug installieren.

Gibt es Probleme, die Kartenupdates zu implementieren, verwenden Sie einen anderen USB-Stick.

Vorgehensweise

1. Starten Sie den Motor des Fahrzeugs.

Hinweis: Der Motor muss während des gesamten Kartenaktualisierungsvorgangs laufen,um sicherzustellen, dass die Energiesparfunktionen des Fahrzeugs das Update nichtunterbrechen.

2. Starten Sie das Navigationssystem des Fahrzeugs.

3. Stecken Sie den USB-Stick in den USB-Steckplatz Ihres Fahrzeugs. Die Anwendung führtverschiedene Prüfungen der Daten auf dem USB-Stick aus und informiert Sie darüber, welcheMaßnahmen zu ergreifen sind, wenn es Probleme gibt.

Hinweis: Das Fahrzeug darf seinen Standort nicht verändern, wenn Sie denKartenaktualisierungsvorgang starten. Sobald der Aktualisierungsprozess startet, könnenSie losfahren. Am Anfang muss das Fahrzeug jedoch stillstehen.


4. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen des Navigationssystems. Die Anwendung zeigt einFortschrittsdialogfeld, während das Update läuft. Abhängig von der Größe der Kartendatendauert es etwa 15 Minuten, um das Update abzuschließen. Klicken Sie auf Abbrechen, wenn Siedas Update abbrechen möchten.

Hinweis: Sie können losfahren, sobald die Kartenaktualisierung begonnen hat. Allerdingskönnen Sie das Navigationssystem nicht verwenden, während das Update ausgeführt wird.Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Zündung eingeschaltet und der USB-Stick angesteckt bleibt,bis die Aktualisierung abgeschlossen ist. Im Falle von Fehlern informiert die AnwendungSie darüber, wie es weitergehen soll.

5. Sobald die Aktualisierung abgeschlossen ist, entfernen Sie den USB-Stick und klicken dann aufWeiter. Die Anwendung wird dann heruntergefahren und startet neu.

6. Klicken Sie auf Weiter, um zur Startansicht zurückzukehren.

This document contains the instructions on how to activate,download and install maps for InControl Touch Pro Map navigationsystems.


HERE Dealer Ordering CentreThe HERE Dealer Ordering Centre (DOC) is a web application that dealers can use to activate anddownload maps with the InControl Touch Pro Map navigation systems.

Maps are valuable assets so, as a copyright measure, the maps on the USB stick can only be installedonto specifically identified vehicles. When you download maps to the USB stick, a license key for thevehicle (or vehicles) - identified by a VIN - is also downloaded to the USB stick.

For additional support, contact Jaguar Land Rover Technical Assistance.

Logging InDOC is a secure environment protected by dedicated username and password emailed to you or heldby the local Jaguar National Sales Company (NSC). These credentials should only be issued to, andused by, the appropriate personnel.

Important: Contact your local NSC in the case that you have not received the username andpassword for your dealership. Do not complete the self-registration form available from thelogin page.

DOC is optimised for access using Internet Explorer 10 on a PC.


Enter your username in the textbox Username: and your password in the textbox Password: and clickLogin.

Important:

• If the password is forgotten or has been changed, click Forgot password? to receivean automated email reminder. Contact your local NSC if you do not receive an emailreminder.

• Be sure to update your passwords when personnel who use DOC stop working for yourdealership.

• Contact your local NSC to change or add your dealership email address. Note that thisshould be a company email address and not a private individual address.

VIN ActivationWhen you have logged into DOC successfully, the HOME screen appears.

1. Click the INCONTROL TOUCH PRO tab.


2. Click CONTINUE in the INCONTROL PRO ACTIVATION CENTRE tab.

3. Enter the VIN of the vehicle requiring map activation in the textbox VIN: and, from the dropdownlist Destination Market:, select the market to which you intend to sell the vehicle.

Note: Destination Market: is already pre-selected based on your dealer country.


4. Click Add to have the VIN checked for validity and added to the activation list for map updateactivation and download.


5. Optional: Repeat the previous two steps for each vehicle you want to activate for a map update.You can add up to 50 vehicles for each batch.

Note: If you entered an incorrect VIN, click Remove next to the item you want to remove.

6. When you have added all the vehicles, click CONTINUE.

Note: In order to clear the form and to return to the previous page, click CANCEL.


Once you have entered the VINs successfully, the maps are ready for download.

In order to manage the map download process, you need to have the InControl Pro Download Toolinstalled on your computer. For information about how to install the InControl Pro Download Tool,see Install the InControl Pro Download Tool on page 34.

You can start the download directly by clicking DOWNLOAD MAPS shown in the image above. Forinformation about how to perform the map download, see Map Download on page 28.

The HISTORY tab contains a record of VINs already entered. For information about how to re-download from the HISTORY tab, see Map Download or Redownload from the HISTORY Tab on page33.

Map DownloadThis section describes how to download the map data to a USB stick.

Note: Your dealership is responsible for the data download cost.

1. Insert a FAT32 formatted USB stick with minimum 32 GB space into a working USB port of yourcomputer.


Note: For optimal performance, the USB stick should be free of other media. If youencounter an issue with the USB stick, retry with another.

2. To open the InControl Pro Download Tool, click DOWNLOAD MAPS.

3. The InControl Pro Download Tool is now checking your USB stick.

Note: If you have not inserted a USB stick yet, the InControl Pro Download Tool displaysthe message shown below (the displayed region depends on your selection in DOC).

Insert a USB stick and click Refresh to browse your computer.

If you did not start InControl Pro Download Tool from DOC, the following message boxopens:

If the USB stick does not have sufficient free space or is not FAT32-formatted, theInControl Pro Download Tool displays a respective message and you cannot proceedbefore inserting a USB stick with at least the amount of free space specified in themessage.


You cannot proceed before selecting a map region. For information about how to select amap region, see Map Download or Redownload from the HISTORY Tab on page 33 (forUS dealers, see Map Download or Redownload from the HISTORY Tab on page 40).

4. Click SELECT to confirm you want to use the USB stick displayed in the InControl Pro DownloadTool window and to start the download.

5. You can pause or cancel the download by clicking the respective buttons.


Note: Do not remove the USB stick while the download is in progress.

Note: In this download stage, the InControl Pro Download Tool compares the files onthe USB stick with the ones on the server to detect which files to download.

6. Click MAP INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS to display instructions about how to install the mapdata in the vehicle. For more information, also see Updating the Vehicle Maps on page 34.


7. Click Exit, before you remove the USB stick.

Map Download or Redownload from the HISTORYTab

1. After successful login, click the INCONTROL TOUCH PRO tab.

2. Click CONTINUE.

3. To view a list of of previously activated VINs for the dealer account currently logged in, click theHISTORY tab.

4. To search for map activations for all dealer accounts, enter a VIN and click Search.

5. Click RESUBMIT FOR DOWNLOAD next to each batch of VINs you want a map download for.


Install the InControl Pro Download Tool1. Click INSTALL DOWNLOAD TOOL in DOC.

Note: You need administrator rights to install the tool. Contact your IT department in thecase that you do not have the necessary rights.

2. After the download is complete, double click the executable to start the InControl Pro DownloadTool installation wizard.

Note: You do not need to restart your browser.

Updating the Vehicle MapsOnce you have a USB stick with the maps downloaded onto it, you can update the maps on a vehicle.

Prerequisites

The VIN of the vehicle where you are installing the maps must match one of the license keys on theUSB stick. If there is no corresponding license key, you cannot install the maps on that vehicle.

If you have trouble getting the map updates to work, try using a different USB stick.

Steps

1. Start the engine of the vehicle.

Note: The engine must be running during the entire map update process to ensure thatthe vehicle's power-saving measures do not interrupt the update.

2. Start the vehicle's navigation system.

3. Insert the USB stick into the USB slot in the vehicle. The application performs various checks onthe data on the USB stick and informs you what actions to take if there are problems.

Note: The vehicle must be stationary when you start the map update process. You maystart driving after the update process starts but, to begin with, the vehicle must bestationary.

4. Follow the instructions given by the navigation system. The application shows a progress dialogwhile the update is ongoing. It might take around 15 minutes for the update to finish dependingon the size of the map data. Click Cancel if you want to abort the update.


Note: You may start driving the vehicle once the map update starts. However, you cannotuse the navigation system while the update is in progress. Ensure the ignition is on andthe USB stick remains inserted until the update is complete. In case of any errors, theapplication informs you about how to proceed.

5. Once the update is complete, remove the USB stick and then click Continue. The application thenshuts down and restarts.

6. Click Continue to return to the home screen.

This document contains the instructions on how to activate,download and install maps for InControl Touch Pro Map navigationsystems.


Downloading MapsThe HERE Dealer Ordering Center (DOC) is a web application that dealers can use to activate anddownload maps with the InControl Touch Pro Map navigation systems.

Maps are valuable assets so, as a copyright measure, the maps on the USB stick can only be installedonto specifically identified vehicles. When you download maps to the USB stick, a license key for thevehicle (or vehicles) - identified by a VIN - is also downloaded to the USB stick.

Important: For additional support or in the case that access is denied, contact Jaguar LandRover Dealer System Support Group on 1.800.392.9090 or [email protected].

DOC is optimized for access using Internet Explorer 10 on a PC.

DOC is a secure environment accessed via Jaguar Business Network (JBN) and should only be used bythe appropriate personnel.

Launching DOC

In Jaguar Business Network, click on the Service Tab and select HERE Online Dealer Order Centre(DOC).

VIN Activation

1. Click the INCONTROL TOUCH PRO tab.

2. Click CONTINUE in the INCONTROL PRO ACTIVATION CENTRE tab.

3. Enter the VIN of the vehicle requiring map activation in the textbox VIN: and, from the dropdownlist Destination Market:, select the market to which you intend to sell the vehicle.

Note: Destination Market: is already pre-selected based on your dealer country.


4. Click Add to have the VIN checked for validity and added to the activation list for map updateactivation and download.


5. Optional: Repeat the previous two steps for each vehicle you want to activate for a map update.You can add up to 50 vehicles for each batch.

Note: If you entered an incorrect VIN, click Remove next to the item you want to remove.

6. When you have added all the vehicles, click CONTINUE.

Note: In order to clear the form and to return to the previous page, click CANCEL.

Once you have entered the VINs successfully, the maps are ready for download.

Importante:

Activación del VINCuando inicia sesión en DOC satisfactoriamente, la pantalla INICIO aparece.

5. Opcional: Repita los dos pasos anteriores para cada vehículo que desee activar para unaactualización de mapas. Puede agregar hasta 50 vehículos para cada lote.

Nota: Si introdujo un VIN incorrecto, haga clic en Eliminar al lado del elemento que deseaeliminar.

6. Cuando haya agregado todos los vehículos, haga clic en CONTINUAR.

Nota: Para borrar el formulario y regresar a la página anterior, haga clic en CANCELAR.


Una vez que haya introducido los VIN correctamente, los mapas estarán listos para descargar.

Descarga de mapasEsta sección describe cómo descargar los datos de los mapas a un dispositivo USB.

Nota: Los costes de la descarga de datos correrán por cuenta de su concesionario.


1. Inserte un dispositivo USB formateado FAT32 con un espacio mínimo de 32 GB en un puerto USBlibre de su equipo.

Nota: Para un rendimiento óptimo, el dispositivo USB no debe tener otros medios. Sitiene algún problema con el dispositivo USB, vuelva a intentarlo con otro.

2. Para hacer clic en InControl Pro Download Tool, haga clic en DESCARGAR MAPAS.

3. InControl Pro Download Tool ahora está verificando su dispositivo USB.

Nota: Si todavía no insertó un dispositivo USB, InControl Pro Download Tool muestra elmensaje siguiente (la región mostrada depende de su selección en DOC).

Inserte un dispositivo USB y haga clic en Actualizar para buscar en su equipo.

4. Haga clic en SELECCIONAR para confirmar que desea utilizar el dispositivo USB mostrado en laventana InControl Pro Download Tool y comenzar la descarga.


5. Puede detener o cancelar la descarga haciendo clic en los botones respectivos.

Nota: No retire el dispositivo USB mientras la descarga está en progreso.

7. Haga clic en Salir, antes de retirar el dispositivo USB.

Descarga y redescarga de mapas de la pestañaHISTORIAL

1. Después de iniciar sesión con éxito, haga clic en la pestaña INCONTROL TOUCH PRO .

2. Haga clic en CONTINUAR.

3. Para ver una lista de los VIN activados con anterioridad para la cuenta del concesionario en la queha iniciado sesión, haga clic en la pestaña HISTORIAL.

Pasos

2. Encienda el sistema de navegación del vehículo.

Nota: Puede comenzar a conducir el vehículo una vez iniciada la actualización de mapas.No obstante, no puede utilizar el sistema de navegación mientras la actualización está enprogreso. Asegúrese de que el arranque esté encendido y de que el dispositivo USB sigueinsertado hasta completar la actualización. En caso de que surjan errores, la aplicación leinforma acerca de cómo continuar.

5. Una vez completa la actualización, retire el dispositivo USB y luego haga clic en Continuar. Acontinuación, la aplicación se cierra y se reinicia.

• Contactez votre NSC locale pour modifier ou ajouter l'adresse électronique de votreconcession. Veuillez noter que cette adresse doit être une adresse e-mail professionnelleet non une adresse personnelle privée.

Activation du VINLorsque vous êtes connecté(e) au DOC l'écran d'ACCUEIL apparaît.

1. Cliquez sur l'onglet INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.


2. Cliquez sur CONTINUER dans l'onglet CENTRE D'ACTIVATION INCONTROL PRO.

3. Saisissez le VIN du véhicule nécessitant une activation de carte dans la case VIN : et dans la listedéroulante Marché de destination :, sélectionnez le marché où vous souhaitez vendre le véhicule.

Remarque: Marché de destination : est déjà présélectionné en fonction du pays duconcessionnaire.


4. Cliquez sur Ajouter pour vérifier la validité du VIN et pour l'ajouter à la liste d'activation et detéléchargement des mises à jour cartographiques.


5. En option : répétez les deux étapes précédentes pour chaque véhicule pour lequel voussouhaitez activer une mise à jour cartographique. Vous pouvez ajouter jusqu'à 50 véhicules pourchaque série.

Remarque: Si vous saisissez un VIN incorrect, cliquez sur Supprimer à côté de l'élémentque vous souhaitez supprimer.

6. Lorsque vous avez ajouté tous les véhicules, cliquez sur CONTINUER.

Remarque: Pour effacer le formulaire et retourner à la page précédente, cliquez surANNULER.


Lorsque les VIN ont bien été saisis, les cartes sont prêtes pour le téléchargement.

Pour gérer le processus de téléchargement des cartes, vous devez avoir installé l'outil InControlPro Download Tool sur votre ordinateur. Pour en savoir plus sur l'installation de l'outil InControl ProDownload Tool, consultez Installez le InControl Pro Download Tool à la page 71.

Vous pouvez démarrer directement le téléchargement en cliquant sur TÉLÉCHARGER DES CARTESindiqué dans l'image ci-dessus. Pour en savoir plus sur le téléchargement de cartes, consultezTéléchargement des cartes à la page 65.

L'onglet Historique contient un enregistrement des VIN déjà saisis. Pour en savoir plus sur leretéléchargement depuis l'onglet Historique, consultez Télécharger et retélécharger les cartes à

partir de l'onglet HISTORIQUE à la page 70.

Téléchargement des cartesCette section décrit comment télécharger des données cartographiques sur une clé USB.

Remarque: Le coût de téléchargement des données est à la charge de votre concession.


1. Insérez une clé USB formatée en FAT32 avec une mémoire minimale de 32 Go dans un port USBfonctionnel de votre ordinateur.

Remarque: Pour une performance optimale, la clé USB doit être vide. Si vous rencontrezun problème avec la clé USB, réessayez avec une autre clé.

2. Pour cliquer sur le InControl Pro Download Tool, cliquez sur TÉLÉCHARGER DES CARTES.

3. InControl Pro Download Tool vérifie maintenant votre clé USB.

Remarque: Si vous n'avez pas encore inséré de clé USB, InControl Pro Download Toolaffiche le message ci-dessous (la région affichée dépend de votre sélection dans DOC).

Insérez une clé USB et cliquez sur Actualiser pour naviguer dans votre ordinateur.

Si vous n'avez pas lancé InControl Pro Download Tool à partir de DOC, le message suivants'affiche :

Si la clé USB n'a pas d'espace libre suffisant ou n'est pas formatée en FAT32, l'outil detéléchargement InControl Pro Download Tool affiche un message respectif et vous ne


pouvez pas continuer avant d'insérer une clé USB avec au moins la capacité d'espace librespécifiée dans le message.

Vous ne pouvez pas poursuivre avant de sélectionner une région géographique. Pouren savoir plus sur la manière de sélectionner une région géographique, consultezTélécharger et retélécharger les cartes à partir de l'onglet HISTORIQUE à la page 70.

4. Cliquez sur SÉLECTIONNER pour confirmer l'utilisation de la clé USB InControl Pro Download Toolaffichée dans la fenêtre et pour démarrer le téléchargement.


5. Vous ne pouvez pas mettre en pause ou annuler le téléchargement en cliquant sur les boutonsrespectifs.

Remarque: Ne retirez pas la clé USB pendant le téléchargement en cours.

6. Cliquez sur les INSTRUCTION D'INSTALLATION DES CARTES pour voir comment installer lesdonnées cartographiques dans le véhicule. Pour plus d'informations, voir aussi Mise à jour descartes sur un véhicule à la page 71.

7. Cliquez sur Quitter avant de retirer la clé USB.

Télécharger et retélécharger les cartes à partir del'onglet HISTORIQUE

1. Une fois votre connexion réussie, cliquez sur l'onglet INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.

2. Cliquez sur CONTINUER.

3. Pour afficher une liste des VIN activés précédemment pour le compte du concessionnaireactuellement connecté, cliquez sur l'onglet HISTORIQUE.

4. Pour rechercher les activations de cartes de tous les comptes concessionnaires, entrez un VIN etcliquez sur Rechercher.

5. Cliquez sur la case RESOUMETTRE POUR TÉLÉCHARGEMENT située à côté de chaque série de VINpour lesquels vous souhaitez un téléchargement de cartes.


Installez le InControl Pro Download Tool1. Cliquez sur INSTALLER L'OUTIL DE TÉLÉCHARGEMENT dans le DOC.

Remarque: Vous devez disposer des droits d'administrateur pour installer l'outil.Contactez votre service informatique si vous n'avez pas les droits nécessaires.

2. Une fois le téléchargement terminé, double-cliquez sur le fichier exécutable pour démarrerInControl Pro Download Tool l'assistant d'installation.

Remarque: Vous n'avez pas besoin de redémarrer votre navigateur.

Mise à jour des cartes sur un véhiculeUne fois que vous avez une clé USB contenant les cartes téléchargées, vous pouvez mettre à jour lescartes sur un véhicule.

Conditions préalables

Le VIN du véhicule sur lequel vous installez les cartes doit correspondre à l'une des clés de licencefigurant sur la clé USB. Si aucune clé de licence ne correspond, vous ne pouvez pas installer les cartessur ce véhicule.

Si vous rencontrez des problèmes pour les mises à jour cartographiques, essayez d'utiliser une autreclé USB.

Étapes

1. Démarrez le moteur du véhicule.

Remarque: Le moteur doit tourner pendant toute la mise à jour cartographique afinde s'assurer que les mesures d'économie d'énergie du véhicule n'interrompent pas leprocessus.

2. Démarrez le système de navigation du véhicule.

3. Insérez la clé USB dans le port USB du véhicule. L'application effectue différents contrôles desdonnées contenues dans la clé USB et vous informe des mesures à prendre en cas de problèmes.

Remarque: Le véhicule doit être à l'arrêt lorsque vous commencez la mise à jourcartographique. Vous pouvez commencer à rouler après le lancement de la mise à jourmais, tout d'abord, le véhicule doit être à l'arrêt.


4. Suivez les consignes fournies par le système de navigation. L'application affiche une boîte dedialogue indiquant la progression de la mise à jour. La mise à jour peut durer environ 15 minutesselon la taille des données cartographiques. Cliquez sur Annuler si vous souhaitez interrompre lamise à jour.

Remarque: Vous pouvez commencer à rouler dès que la mise à jour cartographiquecommence. Toutefois, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser le système de navigation pendant leprocessus de mise à jour. Assurez-vous que le moteur tourne et que la clé USB soit bieninsérée jusqu'à la fin de la mise à jour. En cas d'erreurs, l'application vous informe de ladémarche à suivre.

5. Une fois la mise à jour terminée, retirez la clé USB, puis cliquez sur Continuer. L'applications'éteint alors et redémarre.

6. Cliquez sur Continuer pour retourner à l'écran d'accueil.

HERE Centro ordini concessionarioIl HERE Centro ordini concessionario (DOC) è un'applicazione Web che consente ai concessionari diattivare e scaricare le mappe insieme ai InControl Touch Pro Map servizi.

Le mappe sono risorse preziose pertanto, come misura di copyright, le mappe contenute neidispositivi di memoria USB possono essere installate solo su specifici veicoli. Insieme alle mappe,


nel dispositivo di memoria USB viene scaricata anche una chiave di licenza per i veicoli, identificatamediante un VIN.

Per ulteriore supporto, contattare il servizio di assistenza tecnica Jaguar Land Rover.

AccessoDOC è un ambiente sicuro protetto da password e nome utente specifici, che vengono inviatiper email agli utenti o sono conservati dal Jaguar National Sales Company (NSC) locale. Questecredenziali devono essere rilasciate e utilizzate solo dal personale appropriato.

Suggerimento: Contattare l'NSC locale se tali credenziali, ovvero nome utente e passwordper il concessionario, non sono state ancora ricevute. Non completare il modulo per laregistrazione automatica disponibile nella pagina di accesso.

DOC DOC è ottimizzato per l'accesso mediante Internet Explorer 10 su un PC.

Immettere il nome utente nella casella di testo Nome utente: e la password nella casella di testoPassword:, quindi fare clic su Accesso.

Suggerimento:


• Se la password è stata dimenticata oppure è stata modificata, fare clic su Hai dimenticatola password? per ricevere un promemoria automatico via email. Se tale promemoria nonviene ricevuto, contattare il proprio NSC locale.

• Assicurarsi di aggiornare le password quando il personale che utilizza DOC interrompe ilrapporto di lavoro con il concessionario.

• Per modificare o aggiungere l'indirizzo email del concessionario, contattare il proprioNSC locale. Si noti che questo indirizzo deve essere di tipo aziendale e non un indirizzoindividuale privato.

Attivazione VINUna volta effettuato l'accesso nel DOC, DOC viene visualizzata la schermata HOME.

1. Fare clic sulla scheda INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.


2. Fare clic su CONTINUA nella scheda CENTRO ATTIVAZIONE INCONTROL PRO.

3. Immettere il VIN del veicolo per cui è richiesta l'attivazione della mappa nella casella di testo VIN:e, dall'elenco a discesaMercato di destinazione:, selezionare il mercato in cui si intende vendereil veicolo.

Nota: Mercato di destinazione: è già preselezionato in base al Paese del concessionario.


4. Fare clic su Aggiungi per controllare la validità del VIN e aggiungerlo all'elenco di attivazione per ildownload e l'attivazione dell'aggiornamento delle mappe.


5. Facoltativo: ripetere i due passaggi precedenti per ciascun veicolo in cui si desidera attivare unaggiornamento delle mappe. È possibile aggiungere fino a 50 veicoli per ciascun lotto.

Nota: Se è stato immesso un VIN non corretto, fare clic su Rimuovi accanto all'articoloche si desidera rimuovere.

6. Dopo avere aggiunto tutti i veicoli, fare clic su CONTINUA.

Nota: Per cancellare il modulo e ritornare alla pagina precedente, fare clic su ANNULLA.

Una volta immessi correttamente i VIN, le mappe sono pronte per essere scaricate.

Per gestire la procedura di download delle mappe, è necessario che lo strumento di downloadInControl Pro InControl Pro Download Tool sia installato sul computer. Per informazionisull'installazione dello strumento di download InControl Pro, InControl Pro Download ToolconsultareInstallare lo strumento di download per InControl Pro Download Tool alla pagina 86.

È possibile avviare il download facendo clic direttamente su SCARICA MAPPE, come illustrato nellafigura precedente. Per informazioni sulla procedura di download delle mappe, consultare Download

Nella scheda Cronologia sono registrati i VIN che sono già stati inseriti. Per informazioni sullaprocedura di ripetuto download delle mappe dalla scheda Cronologia, consultare Download o nuovo

Download mappeIn questa sezione viene descritto come scaricare le mappe su una memoria USB.

Nota: il concessionario è responsabile dei costi di download delle mappe.

1. Inserire un dispositivo di memoria USB FAT32 formattato con almeno 32 GB di spazio in unaporta USB funzionante del computer.

Nota: per una prestazione ottimale, la memoria USB non deve contenere ulteriori filemultimediali. Se si verificano problemi con il dispositivo di memoria USB, provarne unoalternativo.

2. Per aprire lo strumento di download di InControl Pro, InControl Pro Download Toolfare clic suSCARICA MAPPE.

3. InControl Pro Download Tool Lo strumento di download InControl Pro adesso effettua la ricercasulla memoria USB.

Nota: se non è stata ancora inserita una memoria USB, InControl Pro Download Toollo strumento di download InControl Pro visualizza il messaggio mostrato di seguito (laregione visualizzata dipende dalla selezione effettuata nel DOC DOC).

Inserire una memoria USB e fare clic su Aggiorna per esplorare il proprio computer.

Se lo strumento di download InControl Pro non viene avviato InControl Pro Download Tooldal DOC, DOCviene visualizzato il messaggio seguente:


Se la memoria USB non dispone di spazio libero sufficiente o non ha formattato il volumeFAT32, InControl Pro Download Tool lo strumento di download InControl Pro visualizza unmessaggio specifico e non è possibile continuare la procedura se non viene inserito undispositivo di memoria USB dotato della quantità minima di spazio libero richiesta, comespecificato nel messaggio.

Non è possibile continuare senza prima selezionare una regione della mappa. Perinformazioni su come selezionare una regione della mappa, consultare Download o nuovo

download mappe dalla scheda CRONOLOGIA alla pagina 85.

4. Fare clic su SELEZIONA per confermare che si desidera utilizzare la memoria USB visualizzatanella finestra dello strumento di download InControl Pro InControl Pro Download Tool e peravviare la procedura di download.


5. È possibile interrompere temporaneamente o annullare la procedura di download facendo clic suirispettivi pulsanti.

Nota: Non rimuovere la memoria USB mentre è in corso il download.

Nota: In questa fase della procedura di download, InControl Pro Download Tool lostrumento di download InControl Pro compara i file presenti nella memoria USB conquelli presenti nel server, per individuare quali file debbano essere scaricati.

6. Fare clic su Istruzioni installazione mappa per visualizzare le istruzioni relative all'installazionedella mappa sul veicolo. Per ulteriori informazioni, consultare anche Aggiornare le mappe delveicolo alla pagina 86.

7. Fare clic su Chiudi, prima di rimuovere il dispositivo di memoria USB.

Download o nuovo download mappe dalla schedaCRONOLOGIA

1. Una volta effettuato l'accesso, fare clic sulla scheda INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.

2. Fare clic su CONTINUA.

3. Per visualizzare un elenco dei VIN precedentemente attivati relativi all'account del concessionarioattualmente connesso, fare clic sulla scheda CRONOLOGIA.

4. Per effettuare la ricerca delle attivazioni delle mappe relativi a tutti gli account delconcessionario, immettere un VIN e fare clic su Cerca.

5. Fare clic su REINVIA PER IL DOWNLOAD accanto a ogni lotto di VIN per il quale si desiderascaricare una mappa.


Installare lo strumento di download per InControlPro Download Tool

1. Fare clic su INSTALLA STRUMENTO DI DOWNLOAD in DOC DOC.

Nota: Per installare lo strumento è necessario disporre dei diritti di amministratore. Senon si dispone di tali diritti, contattare il proprio dipartimento IT aziendale.

2. Una volta completato il download, fare clic due volte sul file eseguibile per avviare InControl ProDownload Tool la procedura guidata di installazione.

Nota: Non è necessario riavviare il browser.

Aggiornare le mappe del veicoloUna volta che le mappe sono state scaricate nel dispositivo di memoria USB, è possibile aggiornare lemappe sul veicolo.

Presupposti

Il VIN del veicolo in cui si stanno installando le mappe deve corrispondere a quello delle chiavi dilicenza presenti nella memoria USB. Se non vi è corrispondenza con la chiave di licenza, non èpossibile installare le mappe nel veicolo.

Se non è possibile recuperare l'aggiornamento delle mappe, provare a utilizzare un dispositivo dimemoria USB alternativo.

Passaggi

1. Avviare il motore del veicolo.

Nota: Il motore deve rimanere acceso durante l'intero processo di aggiornamentodelle mappe, per avere la certezza che le misure di risparmio energetico del veicolo noninterrompano la procedura.

2. Avviare il sistema di navigazione del veicolo.

3. Inserire la memoria USB nello slot USB del veicolo. L'applicazione esegue diverse verifiche suidati della memoria USB e comunica le azioni da eseguire qualora si verifichino dei problemi.


Nota: Durante il processo di aggiornamento, il veicolo deve essere fermo. È possibileiniziare a guidare quando l'aggiornamento è avviato ma, all'inizio della procedura, ilveicolo deve essere fermo.

4. Attenersi alle istruzioni fornite dal sistema di navigazione. L'applicazione mostra una finestradi dialogo mentre l'aggiornamento è in corso. In base alle dimensioni della mappa, per ilcompletamento dell'aggiornamento potrebbero essere necessari 15 minuti circa. Fare clic suAnnulla se si desidera interrompere l'aggiornamento.

Nota: È possibile iniziare a guidare quando la procedura di aggiornamento è stata iniziatama non è possibile utilizzare il sistema di navigazione mentre è in corso l'aggiornamento.Assicurarsi che il motore sia acceso e che il dispositivo di memoria USB rimanga collegatofino al termine dell'aggiornamento. In caso di errori, l'applicazione fornisce le istruzioninecessarie per la soluzione.

5. Una volta completato l'aggiornamento, rimuovere la memoria USB, quindi fare clic su Continua.L'applicazione viene chiusa e riavviata.

6. Fare clic su Continua per tornare alla schermata iniziale.

HERE Dealer BestelcentrumHet HERE Dealer Bestelcentrum (DOC) is een webapplicatie die dealers kunnen gebruiken om kaartenmet de InControl Touch Pro Map service te activeren en downloaden.

Kaarten zijn waardevolle eigendommen dus, kunnen de kaarten op een USB-stick, als copyrightmaatregel, alleen op bepaalde geïdentificeerde voertuigen worden geïnstalleerd. Wanneer u


kaarten op een USB-stick download wordt - een licentiecode voor het voertuig (of voertuigen) -geïdentificeerd door een VIN - op de USB-stick gedownload.

Voor aanvullende ondersteuning, neemt u contact op met Jaguar Land Rover Technical Assistence.

InloggenDOC is een veilige omgeving die wordt beschermd door een specifieke gebruikersnaam enwachtwoord die naar u gemaild worden of door de plaatselijke Jaguar National Sales Company (NSC)worden bewaard. Deze gegevens dienen enkel aan u worden uitgegeven, en door bevoegd personeelworden gebruikt.

Voer uw gebruikersnaam in het tekstvak in Gebruikersnaam: en uw wachtwoord in het tekstvak inWachtwoord: en klik op Inloggen.

Belangrijk:


• Indien u het wachtwoord bent vergeten of het is veranderd, klikt u op Wachtwoordvergeten? om een automatische e-mailherinnering te ontvangen. Neem contact op metuw plaatselijke NSC indien u geen e-mailherinnering ontvangt.

• Zorg ervoor dat u uw wachtwoorden update wanneer personeel dat DOC gebruikt nietmeer bij een dealer werkzaam zijn.

• Neem contact op met uw plaatselijke NSC om het e-mailadres van uw dealer teveranderen of toe te voegen. Let op dat dit een bedrijfse-mailadres dient te zijn en geenpersoonlijk individueel adres.

VIN-activeringWanneer u succesvol bent ingelogd op DOC verschijnt het HOME-scherm.

1. Klik op het INCONTROL TOUCH PRO tabblad.


2. Klik op DOORGAAN op het INCONTROL PRO ACTIVATION CENTRE tabblad.

3. Voer de VIN van het voertuig waarvoor kaartactivering vereist is in het textvak VIN: in en,selecteer uit het vervolgkeuzemenu Doelmarkt: de markt waar u van plan bent om het voertuigte verkopen.

Notitie: Doelmarkt: is gebaseerd op het land van uw dealer al voorgeselecteerd.


4. Klik op Toevoegen om een VIN op geldigheid te controleren en om het aan de activeringslijst vooractivering en download van kaartupdates to te voegen.


5. Optioneel: Herhaal voor elk voertuig waarvoor u een kaartupdate wilt updaten de vorige tweestappen. U kunt voor elke serie tot 50 voertuigen toevoegen.

Notitie: Indien u een onjuist VIN heeft ingevoerd, klikt u op Verwijderen naast het itemdat u wilt verwijderen.

6. Wanneer u alle voertuigen heeft toegevoegd, klikt u op DOORGAAN.

Notitie: Om het formulier te wissen en naar de vorige pagina terug te gaan, klikt u opANNULEREN.

Zodra u de VINs succesvol heeft ingevoerd, zijn de kaarten gereed om te downloaden.

Om het downloadproces te beheren, dient u InControl Pro Download Tool op uw computergeïnstalleerd te hebben. Voor informatie over hoe de installatie van InControl Pro Download Tool, zieInstalleer de InControl Pro Download Tool op pagina 100.

U kunt direct met de download beginnen door op KAARTEN DOWNLOADEN boven de afbeelding teklikken. Voor informatie over hoe de kaartdownload uit te voeren, zie Kaart downloaden op pagina95.

Kaart downloadenDeze sectie beschrijft hoe de kaartdata naar een USB-stick te downloaden.

Notitie: U bent verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van de data download.

1. Voer een FAT32 geformatteerde USB-stick met een minimale opslagruimte van 32 GB in eenwerkende USB-poort van uw computer.

Notitie: Voor een optimale prestatie, dient de USB-kaart geen andere media te bevatten.Indien u een probleem met de USB-stick heeft, probeer het dan met een andere.

2. Om op de InControl Pro Download Toolte klikken, klikt u op KAARTEN DOWNLOADEN.

3. InControl Pro Download Tool controleert nu uw USB-stick.

Notitie: Indien u nog geen USB-stick heeft ingevoerd, InControl Pro Download Tool wordtde boodschap zoals hieronder weergegeven ( de weergegven regio is afhankelijke van uwselectie in DOC).

Voer een USB-stick in en klik op Vernieuwen om naar uw computer te zoeken.

Indien dit begon InControl Pro Download Tool vanuit DOC, wordt het volgendeberichtvenster geopend:


Indien de SB-stick niet genoeg vrije ruimte heeft of niet FAT32-geformatteerd is, geeftInControl Pro Download Tool de volgende melding weer en kunt u niet verdergaan voordatu een USB-stick met de minimale vrije ruimte invoert zoals in het bericht werd vermeld.

U kunt niet verdergaan voordat u een kaartregio selecteert. Voor informatie overhoe u een kaartregio selecteert, zie Kaart Download of Opnieuw downloaden in het

GESCHIEDENIS tabblad. op pagina 99.

4. Klik op SELECTEREN om te bevestigen dat u de USB-stick wilt gebruiken die wordt weergegevenin het InControl Pro Download Tool venster en start de download.


5. U kunt de download pauzeren of annuleren door op de respectievelijke knoppen te klikken.

Notitie: Verwijder de USB-stick niet terwijl de download nog plaatsvindt.

6. Klik op INSTRUCTIES VOOR INSTALLATIE KAARTEN voor een weergave van de instructies overhoe de kaartdata op uw voertuig te downloaden. Meer informatie vindt u ook op Updaten vanVoertuigkaarten op pagina 100.

7. Klik op Aflsuiten, voordat u de USB-stick verwijdert.

Kaart Download of Opnieuw downloaden in hetGESCHIEDENIS tabblad.

1. Na succesvol inloggen, klikt u op het INCONTROL TOUCH PRO tabblad.

2. Klik op DOORGAAN.

3. Om een lijst met eerder geactiveerde VINs voor de dealeraccount waarmee u momenteel bentingelogd weer te geven, klikt u op het GESCHIEDENIS tabblad.

4. Om naar kaartactiveringen voor alle dealeraccount te zoeken, voert u een VIN in en klikt u opZoeken.

5. Klik op OPNIEUW INDIENEN OM TE DOWNLOADENnaast iedere reeks met VINs waarvoor u eenkaart wilt downloaden.


Installeer de InControl Pro Download Tool1. Klik op INSTALLEER DOWNLOADTOOL in DOC.

Notitie: Om de tool te installeren heeft u administratorrechten nodig. Neem contact opmet uw IT-afdelingen in het geval u niet over de benodigde rechten beschikt.

2. Nadat de download voltooid is, dubbelklikt u op het uitvoerbare bestand om de InControl ProDownload Tool installatiewizard te starten.

Notitie: U hoeft uw browser niet te herstarten.

Updaten van VoertuigkaartenZodra u een USB-stick met kaarten erop gedownload heeft, kunt u de kaarten op een voertuigupdaten.

Vereisten

DE VIN van het voertuig waarop u de kaarten installeert dient overeen te komen met delicentiesleutels op de USB-stick. Indien er geen overeenkomende licentiesleutel is, kunt u de kaartenniet op dat voertuig installeren.

Indien u problemen heeft om de kaartupdates aan de gang te krijgen, probeer het dan met een anderUSB-stick.

Stappen

1. Start de motor van het voertuig.

Notitie: De motor moet tijdens het volledige kaartupdateproces lopen om ervoorte zorgen dat de energiebesparende maatregelen van het voertuig te update nietonderbreken.

2. Start het navigatiesysteem van het voertuig.

3. Voeg de USB-stick in de USB-poort van het voertuig. De applicatie voert verschillendedatacontroles op de USB-stick uit en informeert u welke acties u dient te ondernemen indien erproblemen zijn.


Notitie: Het voertuig dient stationair te zijn wanneer u het kaartupdateproces start.U mag gaan rijden nadat het updateproces begonnen is, maar in het begin dient hetvoertuig stationair te zijn.

4. Volg de instructies die door het navigatiesysteem worden gegeven. De applicatie laat tijdens deupdate een voortgangsvenster zijn. It kan rond de 15 minuten duren voordat de update voltooidis, dit is afhankelijk van de grootte van de kaartdata. Klik op Annuleren indien u de update wiltstoppen.

Notitie: U kunt het voertuig rijden zodra de kaartupdate van start is gegaan. U kunt hetnavigatiesysteem tijdens het updateproces echter niet gebruiken. Zorg ervoor dat hetcontact is ingeschakeld en dat de USB-stick ingevoerd blijft totdat de update voltooid is.In het geval er problemen zijn, informeert de applicatie u over hoe verder te gaan.

5. Zodra de update voltooid is, verwijdert u de USB-stick en klikt u op Doorgaan. De applicatiewordt dan uitgeschakeld en start opnieuw.

6. Klik op Doorgaan om naar het home-scherm terug te gaan.

HERE Dealer Ordering CentreO HERE Dealer Ordering Centre (DOC) é um aplicativo da web que as concessionárias podem usarpara ativar e baixar mapas com o serviço InControl Touch Pro Map .


Os mapas são bens valiosos; portanto, para proteção dos direitos autorais, os mapas contidos no pendrive só podem ser instalados em veículos especificamente identificados. Ao baixar mapas para o pendrive, uma chave de licença do veículo (ou veículos), identificada por um VIN, também será baixada.

Para obter suporte adicional, entre em contato com a Assistência Técnica da Jaguar Land Rover.

Como acessarDOC é um ambiente seguro protegido por nome de usuário e senha especiais que lhe foram enviadospor e-mail ou mantidos pela NSC (National Sales Company, empresa de vendas local) da Jaguar. Essascredenciais só devem ser emitidas para e usadas por funcionários apropriados.

Important: Entre em contato com sua NSC local caso não tenha recebido nome de usuárioe senha de sua concessionária. Não preencha o formulário de cadastramento disponível napágina de acesso.

DOC foi otimizado para acesso usando Internet Explorer 10 em um PC.

Insira seu nome de usuário na caixa Nome de usuário: e sua senha na caixa Senha: e clique em Entrar.

Important:


• Se alterou ou esqueceu a senha, clique em Esqueceu a senha? para receber um lembreteautomatizado por e-mail. Entre em contato com sua NSC local se não receber umlembrete por e-mail.

• Procure atualizar suas senhas quando os funcionários que utilizarem o DOC pararem detrabalhar em sua concessionária.

• Entre em contato com sua NSC local para alterar ou adicionar o endereço de e-mail da suaconcessionária. Lembre-se de que deve ser o endereço de e-mail de uma empresa e nãoum e-mail particular.

Ativação do VINDepois de acessar sua conta no DOC, a tela inicial será exibida.

1. Clique na guia INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.

2. Clique em CONTINUAR na guia INCONTROL PRO ACTIVATION CENTRE.

3. Digite o VIN do veículo que requer ativação do mapa na caixa de texto VIN: e, na lista suspensaMercado de destino:, selecione o mercado em que pretende vender o veículo.

Obs.: Mercado de destino: já está pré-selecionado com base no país da concessionária.


4. Clique em Adicionar para que o VIN tenha a validade verificada e seja adicionado à lista deativação para atualização e download de mapa.


5. Opcional: repita as duas etapas anteriores para cada veículo que deseja ativar para atualizaçãode mapa. Você pode adicionar até 50 veículos em cada lote.

Obs.: Se você inseriu um VIN incorreto, clique em Remover ao lado do item que desejaremover.

6. Depois de adicionar todos os veículos, clique em CONTINUAR.

Obs.: Para limpar o formulário e retornar à página anterior, clique em CANCELAR.


Depois de inserir os VINs, os mapas estarão prontos para download.

Para gerenciar o processo de download do mapa, você precisa ter o InControl Pro Download Toolinstalado no seu computador. Para obter informações sobre como instalar o InControl Pro DownloadTool, consulte Instalar o InControl Pro Download Tool na página 113.

Você pode iniciar o download diretamente, clicando em BAIXAR MAPAS, mostrado na imagem acima.Para obter informações sobre como fazer o download do mapa, consulte Download de mapas napágina 108.

A guia Histórico contém um registro dos VINs já inseridos. Para obter informações sobre como baixarnovamente pela guia Histórico, consulte Baixar mapa ou baixar novamente pela guia HISTÓRICO napágina 113.

Download de mapasEsta seção descreve como baixar dados de mapas para um pen drive.

Obs.: Sua concessionária é responsável pelos custos de download de dados.


1. Insira um pen drive com formatação FAT32 e no mínimo 32 GB de espaço em uma porta USB doseu computador.

Obs.: Para obter o melhor desempenho, o pen drive não deve conter outras mídias. Sevocê encontrar algum problema no pen drive, tente novamente com outro.

2. Para clicar no InControl Pro Download Tool, clique em BAIXAR MAPAS.

3. InControl Pro Download Tool agora está verificando seu pen drive.

Obs.: Se você ainda não tiver inserido um pen drive, InControl Pro Download Tool exibiráa mensagem mostrada abaixo (a região exibida depende da sua seleção no DOC).

Insira um pen drive e clique em Atualizar para procurar no seu computador.

Se você não iniciou o InControl Pro Download Tool pelo DOC, a seguinte mensagem seráexibida:

Se o pen drive não tiver espaço suficiente ou não tiver a formação FAT32, o InControl ProDownload Tool exibirá uma mensagem e você não poderá continuar enquanto não inserirum pen drive que tenha no mínimo o espaço livre especificado na mensagem.


Você não poderá prosseguir enquanto não selecionar uma região do mapa. Para obterinformações sobre como selecionar uma região do mapa, consulte Baixar mapa ou baixar

novamente pela guia HISTÓRICO na página 113.

4. Clique em SELECIONAR para usar o pen drive exibido na janela do InControl Pro Download Tool epara iniciar o download.

5. Você pode pausar ou cancelar o download clicando nos respectivos botões.


Obs.: Não remova o pen drive com o download em andamento.

Obs.: Nesta fase do download, o InControl Pro Download Tool compara os arquivosno pen drive com os contidos no servidor para detectar os que devem ser baixados.

6. Clique em INSTRUÇÕES DE INSTALAÇÃO DO MAPA para exibir instruções de como instalar osdados do mapa no veículo. Para obter mais informações, consulte também Como atualizar osmapas do veículo na página 114.


7. Clique em Sair, antes de remover o pen drive.

Baixar mapa ou baixar novamente pela guiaHISTÓRICO

1. Depois de acessar sua conta, clique na guia INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.

2. Clique em CONTINUAR.

3. Para ver uma lista dos VINs ativados anteriormente para a conta da concessionária conectada,clique na guia HISTÓRICO.

4. Para procurar ativações de mapa de todas as contas da concessionária, insira um VIN e clique emPesquisar.

5. Clique em REENVIAR PARA DOWNLOAD ao lado de cada lote de VINs para o qual deseja umdownload de mapa.

Instalar o InControl Pro Download Tool1. Clique em INSTALAR FERRAMENTA DE DOWNLOAD no DOC.


Obs.: Você precisa ter direitos de administrador para instalar a ferramenta. Entre emcontato com o departamento de TI caso não tenha os direitos necessários.

2. Quando o download estiver concluído, clique no arquivo executável para iniciar o assistente deinstalação do InControl Pro Download Tool .

Obs.: Você não precisa reiniciar seu navegador.

Como atualizar os mapas do veículoAssim que tiver um pen drive com os mapas baixados, você poderá atualizar os mapas de um veículo.

Pré-requisitos

O VIN do veículo em que estiver instalando os mapas deverá coincidir com o VIN das chaves de licençado pen drive. Se não houver chave de licença correspondente, você não poderá instalar os mapasnesse veículo.

Se tiver problemas para fazer as atualizações de mapa funcionarem, tente usar outro pen drive.

Etapas

1. Dê partida no veículo.

Obs.: O motor deve estar funcionando durante todo o processo de atualização de mapapara garantir que as medidas de economia de energia do veículo não interrompam aatualização.

2. Inicie o sistema de navegação do veículo.

3. Insira o pen drive na porta USB do veículo. O aplicativo realizará várias verificações nos dados dopen drive e informará você das medidas a serem tomadas se houver problemas.

Obs.: O veículo deve estar parado ao iniciar o processo de atualização de mapa. Vocêpode andar após o processo de atualização iniciar mas, no começo, o veículo deve estarparado.

4. Siga as instruções fornecidas pelo sistema de navegação. O aplicativo mostra uma caixa dediálogo de progresso durante a atualização. Pode levar cerca de 15 minutos para a atualizaçãoterminar, dependendo do tamanho dos dados do mapa. Clique em Cancelar se quiser cancelar aatualização.

Obs.: Você poderá andar com o veículo assim que a atualização do mapa começar.Entretanto, não poderá utilizar o sistema de navegação enquanto a atualização estiver


em andamento. O carro deve continuar ligado e o pen drive inserido até que a atualizaçãoesteja concluída. Em caso de erros, o aplicativo informará você sobre como proceder.

5. Assim que a atualização estiver concluída, remova o pen drive e clique em Continuar. O aplicativoserá então encerrado e reinicializado.

6. Clique em Continuar para voltar à tela inicial.

HERE Dealer Ordering CentreHERE Dealer Ordering Centre (DOC) — это веб-приложение, которое дилеры могут использоватьдля активации и загрузки карт с сервиса InControl Touch Pro Map.

Вход в системуDOC — это безопасная среда, защищенная специальными именем пользователя и паролем,которые отправлены пользователю по электронной почте или имеются в соответствующейнациональной сбытовой компании (НСК) Jaguar. Эти учетные данные должны выдаваться толькосоответствующему персоналу и использоваться только этим персоналом.

Важно: Обратитесь в соответствующую НСК, если для дилерского центра не былиполучены имя пользователя и пароль. Не заполняйте форму самостоятельнойрегистрации на странице входа в систему.

DOC оптимизировано для доступа с помощью Internet Explorer 10 на персональном компьютере.


Введите имя пользователя в текстовом поле Username: (Имя пользователя) и пароль в текстовомполе Password: (Пароль:) и щелкните Login (Вход в систему).

Важно:

• Если пароль забыт или изменен, щелкните Forgot password? (Забыли пароль?),чтобы получить автоматическое напоминание по электронной почте. Обратитесь всоответствующую НСК, если не получите это напоминание.

• Не забудьте обновить свои пароли, когда персонал, использующий DOC, прекратитработу в дилерском центре.

• Обратитесь в соответствующую НСК, чтобы изменить или добавить адресэлектронной почты дилерского центра. Обратите внимание, что это должен бытьадрес электронной почты компании, а не частного лица.

Активация VINПосле успешного входа в DOC откроется начальный экран.

1. Щелкните вкладку INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.


2. Щелкните CONTINUE (ПРОДОЛЖИТЬ) на вкладке INCONTROL PRO ACTIVATION CENTRE(ЦЕНТР АКТИВАЦИИ INCONTROL PRO).

3. Введите VIN автомобиля, для которого требуется активация карт, в текстовом поле VIN: ииз раскрывающегося списка Destination Market: (Страна назначения:) выберите страну, вкоторую предполагается продать автомобиль.

Примечание: Destination Market: уже предварительно выбрана на основании страныдилера.


4. Щелкните Add (Добавить). Если VIN действительный, он появится в списке активаций внижней части страницы.


Примечание: В следующих случаях DOC отображает красное сообщение об ошибке:

• VIN уже активирован. Для получения информации о порядке просмотра спискаактивированных VIN см. Загрузка или повторная загрузка карты с вкладкиHISTORY (ИСТОРИЯ) на странице 128.

• DOC не может найти VIN в базе данных. Убедитесь, что введен правильный VIN.• VIN не введен.

В случае ошибки попробуйте следующее:

Загрузка картыВ данном разделе описан порядок загрузки данных карты на USB-накопитель.

Примечание: Дилерский центр самостоятельно оплачивает стоимость загрузки данных.

1. Вставьте USB-накопитель, отформатированный в FAT32, со свободным пространством неменее 32 ГБ в рабочий USB-порт компьютера.

Примечание: Для оптимальной производительности в USB-накопителе не должнобыть другого содержимого. При возникновении проблемы с USB-накопителемзамените его.

2. Чтобы открыть InControl Pro Download Tool, щелкните DOWNLOAD MAPS (ЗАГРУЗИТЬ КАРТЫ)в списке активаций.

Загрузка или повторная загрузка карты с вкладкиHISTORY (ИСТОРИЯ)

1. После успешного входа в систему щелкните вкладку INCONTROL TOUCH PRO.

2. Щелкните CONTINUE (ПРОДОЛЖИТЬ).

Обновление карт автомобилейПосле получения USB-накопителя с загруженными в него картами можно обновить карты вавтомобиле.

Предварительные условия

VIN автомобиля, в котором устанавливаются карты, должен соответствовать одному излицензионных ключей в USB-накопителе. Если соответствующий лицензионный ключотсутствует, установка карт на этот автомобиль невозможна.

Если при обновлении карт возникают проблемы, попробуйте использовать другой USB-накопитель.

로그인

1. 将空间最少 32 GB 的 FAT32 格式 U 盘插入您电脑上的有效 USB 端口上。
