Each month HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts features its member hotels in a variety of niche marketing campaigns and promotes the HO chain
code to thousands of agencies world-wide, generating to its hotel members million of pounds of incremental revenue and thousands of
additional room reservations.
In 2014 we had a remarkable 29% increase in revenue from our niche marketing programmes: this is the result of several promotions
HotelREZ carried out during its 10th year anniversary. The Great Sale rate (S1S) generated most of the bookings, representing 40.45% of
the total number of reservations.
This important increase in revenue generated by niche rates, is due to a re-focus of HotelREZ’s marketing strategies & promotional efforts
through our regular marketing campaigns, preferred partners, PR, advertising and social media.

Preferred Partners
Niche rates are constantly promoted to our preferred partners including BSI Capita, Uvet Amex, ehotel.de, WIN, BCD Travel, Virgin, Win Travel Network, HRG and Priceline.com, to name a
few, through face to face visits, targeted email communications and point of sale advertising. HotelREZ promotes the chain code HO, as well as individual rates and hotels.

Check the criteria Apply to Marketing
Some niche rate programmes are open to all hotels with no
criteria required, but others require specific criteria to take
part. Check out the programmes and the criteria required for
each of them.
If you want to join a specific niche marketing programme and
be featured in our promotions, please send us an email to
[email protected]. There are no programme fees, simply
15% commission payable on all completed reservations.

• You can set restrictions based on days of week
• This rate will have a 7 days advance booking and the hotel must guarantee availability of
the service to the guests
Gourmet Breaks

S3M All 3, 4 and 5 star hotels with fine
dining or with an awarded restaurant
• 2 night minimum length of stay
• Your hotel decides the price per person/stay to add on the top of the BAR, however it must
not be more expensive than cost of elements if bought separately
