Peace club in our School was Started by our Worthy Principal Mrs. Jaya Bhardwaj in April 2010

The Student Members have Adopted Two Elderly People (Senior Citizens- above age of 65 years) in their neighbourhood ,who are living without their Children.

The Student Members help them in all possible ways – from getting them things from market ,like daily needs ,medicines ,etc. and they are just one Phone call away. On Sundays Student Members try to spend some time with them to listen their problems if any ,and together find out the Solution.

Students have become aware of 2 categories of waste and before throwing any thing into these dustbins they have to think, what type of waste is it..?

1. Biodegradable waste is a type of waste, typically originating

from plant or animal sources, which may be broken down by other living

organisms. Waste that can be broken down by other living organisms may be

called non-biodegradable.
