Proposed site in Industri Dalam has challenging issues and problems,
which is consist various community and it located next by rail train,
Ciroyom traditional market & train station ,City train station center,
international levels hotel and modern mall. New vertical housing
concept was taken as respond the plurality and allows the distributing
of users creativity.
