Supervisory Board
The term of office of all the members of the Supervisory Board ends with thecompletion of the Annual General Meeting that ratifies the acts of management forthe 2012 financial year (2013 Annual General Meeting).
The Supervisory Board is composed of the minimum number of members requiredby applicable law. At present these are twelve members, six Board membersrepresenting the shareholders and six Board members representing theemployees. The election of the members shall be governed by applicable law.
In accordance with the recommendations of the German Corporate GovernanceCode, the shareholder representatives were elected individually at the last electionto the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2008.
