14. Other information
The Tenderers shall upload scanned copy of necessary documents in support of required
qualification and experience along with their offer as per instruction given in the Special
Instructions to Tenderers.
In the case of offers from Joint Venture Company duly registered under Indian Companies
Act, any of the partners of the Joint Venture Company will have to meet the experience and
any one of the partners will have to meet the financial criteria mentioned in S.No.7
Physical Bids will not be accepted. Tender Document can be downloaded from
https://iocletenders.nic.in and on line bids are required to be submitted with Digital
signatures on the system.
IOCL reserves the right to reject any or all of the part of tender and no compensation shall be
paid to bidders for the efforts made by the bidders. Reason for rejection shall be disclosed on
written representation by the concerned bidder whose bid is rejected.
Bids from Consortium shall not be accepted.
IOCL reserves the right to cancel tender in full/part, extend tender sale/submission date etc.
without assigning any reasons thereof.
Bidder who has not downloaded tender from IOCL tender website
(https://iocletenders.nic.in) is advised to visit the website for any corrigendum / amendment
and take these into cognizance before submitting the tender. Tenders submitted without
taking cognizance of corrigendum / amendments issued by IOCL are liable for rejection.
Any legal dispute shall be within jurisdiction of New Delhi court.
Contractors registered under MSMED act 2006 (or erstwhile NSIC registered parties) having
valid registration under Single Point Registration Scheme for the jobs/work as per NIT, as on
the Technical bid opening date are exempted from paying EMD.
Please note that if a bidder opts to quote for multiple groups bidder has to fulfil criteria of
quoted groups in cumulative way
Bidder to please note that:
Qualifying value for single work order specified in point 7 above shall be exclusive of
service tax.
The completion certificate submitted by bidder shall separately indicate the service
tax amount included in the value of completed job OR a separate certificate from
respective client, mentioning the service tax amount if any, included in the value of
completed job under consideration should be submitted by bidder.
In case service tax amount/component is not specified in the submitted completion
certificate, then the amount equivalent to rate of applicable service tax for the
subject tender shall be deducted from the value of completed job mentioned in the
completion certificate to arrive at the value of completed job without service tax.
