We Have a Streamlined Project Development Process

• Get support from the village by meeting with headman and villagers.

• Give the flier to villager.

• Sign LOI • Collect list of

houses • Identify possible

solar sites.

• Headman collects half the connection fee to prove seriousness of the village.

• Villagers decide which house will have solar panels.

We can develop a project in two visits

1st Visit

Interim

• Sign contract with villagers.

• Give signed rule document and receipt card to villagers.

• Assign customer number.

• Retrieve “NO” surveys.

• Collect the remaining connection fee and install the project.

• Sign land lease contract
