The Venue is designed to be the most spacious exhibition and convention center in Indonesia. It o�ers �exibility to facilitate a full range of business events simultaneously additional to the core business of meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions.

Located in the heart of BSD City, ICE spans across 10 exhibition halls of 50,000 sqm and an additional 50,000 sqm outdoor exhibition space, a 4,000 sqm Convention Hall divisible into 4 rooms; 29 meeting rooms; and over 12,000 sqm convenient pre-function lobby.

• ConventionsThe Convention Center is the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the ICE, centrally located in the entire building composition. The Venue is adjustable to operate as an independent International Standard facility or a fully integrated space attached with exhibition halls via the pre-function areas and interconnectivity doors. Finished to an extremely high standard, a total of 33 rooms can accommodate a wide variety of events and layouts, whether you are hosting a local corporate board meeting for 10 or an international conference for 10,000.

Audio Visual And Technical ServiceWe o�er a full range of audio and visual equipment, stage lighting �xtures and other special e�ects, tele & video-conferencing, discussion system and simultaneous interpretation system, supported around the clock by a team of dedicated technicians.

TelecommunicationOur technical team is on hand to assist organisers in providing information and telecommunication technologies requirement, such as telephone lines, broadband and wireless Internet connectivity and other technical requirements and support services.

Loading/ UnloadingICE allows exhibitors to load and unload with maximum e�ciency as every hall has been designed with an impressive �oor loading capacity of 2000kg/sqm. Each also has two large loading bays with clear dimensions of 6m (w) x 6m (h). Additionally, oversized loading doors 12m (w) x 10m (h) at Hall 1 and 8,5m (w) x 8m (h) at Hall 10 allowing for even the largest exhibition equipment to be displayed within the halls.

Ample Car Space The ICE provides a large easily accessible car parking garage, plentiful on-grade parking and numerous bus parking facilities. In order to welcome and receive thousands of daily visitors, there are a total of 3000 car parking spaces and a further 7,200 parking lots within the region of BSD City.

World Class Food & Beverage ServicesICE provides world class F&B services. A fully equipped large-capacity in-house kitchen production is capable of serving for 10,000 banquets and up to 2000 guests for gala dinners. In addition the Venue can accommodate catering services to host any number of events from cocktail parties, meetings lunches, tea and co�ee services to large scale wedding receptions.
