TRIF Kochi

Construction of multipurpose Residential complex including 5 no premium residential tower consist with internal finishes, including a clubhouse, landscaped podium and associated car parking facilities in alliance with Tata Reality Investors

The project consists of Residential Towers with maximum height of 88.5m.These Towers are surrounded by one level of podium for parking with landscaping on top of the podium and on the ground. Approximately 475 apartments are to be delivered under this project. The project scopes include complete architectural, structural, MEP and External works including landscaping. The overall built up area of this development is 1.58 million sq.ft

Office Etiquette

Mobile phones should be on silent mode or low ring during office hours and to be switched off

during official meetings

Keep the office neat a tidy – present a professional image at all times

Maintain Personal Hygiene. Hair should be properly groomed and neat. Beards and moustaches should be properly groomed. No unshaven looks or stubbles will be accepted. Avoid personal grooming at work station

(Hair combing, applying cosmetics etc.)

Employees are expected to wear appropriate attire for a business operation. Basically, a person should

present a neat and clean image.

Smoking is not permitted in the Office or indeed anywhere inside Equinox. Persons may smoke in areas outside the

building in areas designated by Building Management.

Visitors to the office should be addressed quickly and courteously. If possible, meet with visitors in a cabin,

conference room or huddle room rather than in the open work area.

Consumption of any alcoholic drinks or any other seductive substances during working hours and/or

reporting for duty under its influence.

Office Etiquette

Do not behave in an immoral or indecent manner. Physical/Mental harassment of any kind by

employees’ colleagues/ superiors/ subordinates is a grievous offence.

E-mail & Internet usage guidelines

E-Mail access at Leighton is controlled through individual accounts & passwords. It is the responsibility of the employee to protect the confidentiality of their account & password information.

E-Mail access will be terminated when the employee terminated their association with Leighton, unless other arrangements are made. Leighton is under no obligation to store or forward the contents of an individual’s e-mail inbox/outbox after the term of their employment has ceased.

Important official communications are often delivered via e-mail. As a result, employees of Leighton with e-mail accounts are expected to check their e-mail in a consistent & timely manner so that they are aware of important company announcements & updates, as well as for fulfilling business & role oriented tasks.

E-mail & Internet usage guidelines

Internet access at Leighton is controlled through individual accounts & passwords. Department Managers are responsible for defining appropriate Internet access levels for the persons in their department & conveying that information to the IT Administrator for implementation.

The Internet may not be used for illegal or unlawful purposes, including, but not limited to copyright infringement, obscenity, libel, slander, fraud, defamation, plagiarism, harassment, intimidation, illegal gambling, soliciting for illegal pyramid schemes, and computer tampering.

1. As per Income Tax guidelines of India, all Consultants must possess/obtain PAN Card for self immediately on joining. Without PAN Card, company will not be able to process payments.

2. All TOS consultants working at Head Office & Project Sites must submit their invoice on 20th of every calendar month to their respective HOD.

3. After HOD approval, invoice should be submitted to respective Project Manager/Project Director/Divisional Manager for approval.

4. Consultant should submit approved invoice to HR department by 24th of every calendar month

5. After HR verification &approval, consultant should submit invoice to Finance & Accounts department on 25th of every calendar month.
