Help for the industry - from the industry

“EVERY WEEK ONE OF US DIES”

Wednesday 20th February 2013

Induction, Tool Box Talks & Worker InvolvementWorking Well Together Event

This free breakfast workshop will provide self employed

builders and small construction companies with straight

forward, practical information and advice on Induction,

Toolbox Talks and getting your workforce involved.

This event will look at the current approach and will

explain what materials are available to help you and your

workforce identify, challenge and change risky behaviour.

Using case studies and lessons learned from the Olympic

construction project, the event will cover: worker

concerns; management responses; and using a ‘Buddy’

system.

Whether you are a self-employed jobbing builder, run a

small building company or carry out maintenance work,

this free event is a must. The information given on the

day will help you take action to improve the health of your

business and protect you and your employees from risks in

the future.
