CANCELLATION POLICYWe value your business and appreciate your cooperation with the spa cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment, kindly provide us 24 hours notice. If you are unable to let us know in advance, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

LATE ARRIVALArriving late for a scheduled spa treatment may require the Spa to abbreviate the service duration, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN PROCEDURESFor all massage, body, and facial services we require that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you ample time to be acquainted with our Spa as well as to enjoy the facilities such as the steam room, salt inhalation room, indoor pool and relaxation lounges.

GROUP BOOKINGSFour Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay Spa is the premiere setting for any group outing. Events can be customized for any type of gathering from an intimate group of friends to a large corporate conference. We encourage parties of 10 or more to schedule their appointments well in advance in order to ensure availability. For the optimal spa outing, choose from a wide variety of light and tasteful catering and beverage services. Advanced notice is requested at the time of the group reservation.
