Currently Multiserwis INDUSTRIAL SCAFFOLDINGS branch is a leader on the scaffolding market in Poland and a significant provider of qualified personnel to companies located in We-stern and Northern Europe. Our branch generated a turnover of PLN 200 million and employed about 1060 people in 2018.
The INDUSTRIAL SCAFFOLDINGS Branch actively participa-tes in works of the Polish Economic Chamber of Scaffolding (PIGR), which is reflected in operations related to improve-ment of safety and scaffolding technology as well as legisla-tion works.
The beginnings of the Branch date back to 4 September 1994. At that time, Plettac Scaffoldings was one of the first companies in this sector. The political changes that took place in that period made it possible to establish the com-pany with foreign capital. Demand for modern systems of scaffoldings resulted in dynamic development of the company in Poland. Poland’s accession to the European Union and the takeover by Multiserwis allowed for the development of activities in the field of industrial scaffolding assembly throughout Europe.

Every year we organize trainings for our employees to renew the OHS provisions, and additional trainings on working at heights.
Health is one of the most precious values. We bear special responsibility for it. That is why, we create working conditions that allow us to preserve and protect health of our employees.
We are responsible for our own and our employ-ees’ safety. There is nothing more important than ensuring that employees work safely so that they do not lose their health or life. We strive for acci-dent-free work because we know that it is possi-ble to organize each and every workplace in such a way to avoid risks and accidents.
The management system we use takes into ac-count the long-term protection of the environ-ment: we comply with both the provisions of law and the rules adopted by our company.
Quality is of great importance. We always remem-ber about it, trying to meet the requirements of our Clients. All our processes are constantly monitored in terms of quality. “Good quality is the best refer-ence for us”.
It is necessary to cooperate with our Clients’ OHS services to secure health and safety of our employees working at various construction sites. This comprises such areas as:
– defining and recognizing risks on the construction sites, – cooperating while collecting information on near-misses, – conducting job position trainings, – controlling appropriate behaviour at work and using per-
sonal protective equipment,
– developing own procedures for the proper organization of works on the construction sites,
– auditing the progress of works on the construction sites.
