This machine is not only suitable for cutting and beveling of pipe edges. The FAST 6-36 is the ideal solution for pipeline servicing.Its structural design enables the operator to split the machine body in two halves in order to ease the positioning phase when it is necessary to relocate the machine on a new pipe section.

The most significant advantage of this ma-chine is the self-centring device. A toothed crown enables the operator to obtain a perfect centring during the positioning phase with special high resistance clamping pads.

Brand new plate beveling machine Compact EDGE, featuring a high speed milling head with interchangeable inserts, with reduced struc-tural dimensions and weight for a more flexible and dynamic use.

The feeding system has been completely revised, the overall di-mensions have been reduced and the transmission quality has been improved by using a single motor of traction.

The machine is equipped with a stepless variable head type which allows bevel angles from 15° to 60°, granting a very easy and quick adjustment of the angle of bevel.

The machine is equipped with a plate detecting sensor and trolley with a new chips conveyance system. We have also implemented a dual amortization system which allows to overcome eventual imperfections of the wall thickness or eventual variations of the plate, as well as the imperfections of the ground.

Compact EDGE Reverse has been developed to bevel the lower side of the plate edge, when double bevel is required, without having to move the metal sheet granting a considerable saving of time and resources.

EDGE 46, high speed plate beveling machine with variable angle head, high beveling capacity, fast and precise, thanks to the milling tool equipped with high speed interchangeable inserts. This machine can also deliver a J bevel instead of the regular angled bevel.

Once the machine is placed and secured on the plate it runs along the edge up to the far end with no intervention by the operator.
