Undocumented Population
Registered at a Maryland community college within 4years of high school graduation or receiving a GED
Provide documentation that the individual or the parent or legal guardian has led a Maryland income tax return annually for the three years while theindividual attended a high school in the State
Attended a Maryland community college for 2 years-60 credits-before transferring to a four year institution
Attended a Maryland public/non-public high school for at least 3 years later than 05-06 school year
Graduated from a Maryland high school or received a GED, no earlier than the 20072008 school year
Sign adavit stating that they will apply for permanent residency within 30 days of becoming eligible
