1 Workshop with the Lead Partners/Partners, 11th of May 2010, Ruse;1 Formal Meeting with the theme “Expertise transfer from Phareto the Structural Funds for the programming period 2007 -2013”, 2nd of June 2010, Calarasi; 1 “Project Cafe” Meeting regarding the Public Procurement, 21st of July 2010, Craiova; 1 Informing session regarding the equal opportunities within Romania-Bulgaria Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013, 28th of July 2010, Craiova; 1 Conference with the european multipliers of information, Calarasi September 21st, 2010.

To ensure the secretariat support for the Joint Management Structures of the Programme;

To elaborate the documents necessary for the implementation and management of the Programme;

To organize the evaluation and selection of the applications submitted within the Programme;

To prepare the financing contracts to be concluded between the beneficiaries and the Managing Authority;

Monitoring visits to determine the projects implementation status.
