Ascent Supply Chain Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (ASCC) is appointed as a consultant for the sale of

Leasehold Industrial property comprising land - admeasuring approximately 17,247 Sq. Mtrs.

(4.3 Acres) and with built up area about 37,588.87 Sq. Ft. It is a well maintained property, which

is owned by a Pvt. Ltd company. The owners have set up the industry in 2013 for manufacturing

of Instrument Transformers namely Current and Potential Transformers up to 440 KV capacity.

EDUCATION FACILITY

There are number of schools and colleges in the Sinnar town such as

SGPS, Navjivan, Janata Vidyalay, B.N. Sarda, Chandak Kanya, Fule

Vidhyalay and G.M.D. Arts, B.W. Commerce and Science College of

Sinnar. Also there are various information technology institutes are

already set up.

CLIMATE

The climate of Sinnar is pleasant & conducive throughout the year.

During summer between the months of Feb to May the temperature

varies between 30°C & 40°C. Average rainfall is approx. 650 mm during

the period between June to September. Winters are chillier with mercury

dropping up to 6°C to 7°C.

HOTELS

Decent hotel accommodation is available in MIDC Sinnar namely

Panchavati Hotel, Sai Plaza and Sai Shahu. Five Star Hotel – Taj

(Gateway) is located as Nashik. Other brands like Ibis, Ginger,

Formule1, Clarion, Treebo, Oyo, Vista are located at Nashik.
