When to ArriveWe recommend that you arrive at least one hour before your wave time. Remember that you will have to park, pick up your packet, attach your bib and timing chip, drop off your bags (optional), and then make your way to the starting line.

Race Day RegistrationRace day registrations will be available for $140 each. $160 for SavagePRO.

EligibilityTo be eligible for SavagePRO cash prizes and age group awards, athletes must register for the SavagePRO wave at 9:00 AM on Saturday only. Uprgrades to SavagePRO can be made at the information tent on race day for $20. All upgrades must be completed by 8:45 AM.

Spectator Information• All spectators will receive:

• Exclusive access to the ENTIRE course• Access to music, tremendous vendors, and other entertainment opportunities• Access to great food, cold beverages, and awesome Savage Race merchandise

• Spectator tickets are $15 online until Friday, 9/11 11:59 PM, or $25 at the gate. Children 12 & under are FREE.

• All pre-paid spectator passes can be retrieved at the spectator registration tent on race day.

*All spectators, including minors, must bring signed waiver prior to admittance.

SavageJRWith 10 kid-sized obstacles in a 1/4 to 1/2 mile course, even the youngest Savages can get dirty and join in on the fun. SavageJR will take place at 11:00AM and 1:00PM for children 12 and under.

- Online registration is $30. Race day registration is $40 per child.

- Online registration is available until Friday, 9/11, 11:59 PM

- Check-in for the kids race will be located at the SavageJR tent near the venue entrance.

Race merchandise• Change of clothes and a towel – Yes, we have showers• A bag to store your valuables in at our optional bag check ($5)• A folding chair and a pop up tent (optional party accessory)• A great attitude. We expect Savages to encourage and help each other through

the course

What to Leave at HomeDo not bring any of the following items to Savage Race:

• No metal cleats! Cleats break obstacles. Don’t be that person.• Outside alcoholic beverages• Coolers• Glass containers• Pets (service dogs are okay)• Crappy attitudes• Weapons

**Please note that there are five on-course hydration stations and water at the finish line. If you feel that you will need more water, please provide your own hydration pack.

SavagePRO Awards CeremonyThe SavagePRO awards ceremony will take place between 11:30 AM and 12:00 NOON at the main stage.You must be present during the awards ceremony to receive your award; they will not be mailed post-race.

Optional Bag CheckWe will have an optional bag check available for $5. Please make sure to have your own bag if you want to checksomething. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Free Beer Ticket - Don’t Lose It!We want you to receive your hard earned beer. Each participant over 21 will have a beer ticket attached to theirbib. Make sure you remove the ticket from the bib prior to the event. If you lose it, you will not be able to getyour free beer.

Lost and Found ItemsWe will have a lost and found located at gear check on event day. Please be aware that not all items are turned in to us, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

**WARNING – Those running with cameras are susceptible to losing them in our mud and water obstacles. It’s always a good idea to place your contact information on or in valuable items. Be sure to secure all items while on the course. You have been warned! All lost items will require a $75 return fee in order for processing and shipping to the rightful owner of the lost item. *NOTE: Not all lost items are recovered and we cannot guarantee their return.

Cancellations and Participant TransfersParticipants are not able to cancel, transfer, or update their registration within 10 days of the event. Participanttransfers can be made on race day for $35. We will need to call or have face to face contact with the person who is transferring their registration. Have them on the phone before you enter the information line to save time.

WeatherWe do not intend to cancel or delay Savage Race due to inclement weather. We will let you know on our Facebookpage if anything changes. Unpredictable weather conditions mean that unexpected race day changes are possible for our event. Please roll with the punches. Generally speaking, we won’t cancel the event for a rainy, wet day. However, lightning, tornadoes, strong winds, and flooding may provide cause for delays or cancellation. Pay attention to you inbox or to the Savage Race Facebook page for further updates.
