RECEPTION AND INFORMATION POINT The reception team is at your disposal throughout your stay every day from 9am to 8pm (9pm in July and August). Tourist information, personalised advice, excursion bookings and all our good addresses and our partners!

ON ARRIVAL Our reception has been redesigned to be able to apply barrier gestures, but remains as attentive to you as ever. An automated car registration recognition system has been put in place to help traffic flow. For everyone’s safety the speed limit across the site is limited to 10km/h. With the Yelloh App! When you arrive, do your inventory, provide information about your preferences, see the activity schedule and all the practical information about the campsite (opening hours and facilities available) or notify of an incident, if there should be something missing or a problem with your cottage.

TRAFFICYou can access your pitch/cottage every day between the hours of 7am and 10.30pm and park your vehicle there. Please use the car park at the campsite entrance outside of these hours.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome on the campsite. They should always be on a lead and with their owner. For everyone’s convenience, please do not leave them to roam free or leave them alone, even indoors. A dog bag dispenser is at your disposal near the lake entrance. Please clean up after your pets for everyone’s comfort.

BARBECUESBarbecues for general use are at your disposal. Only personal gas barbecues are allowed on your pitch. For safety reasons, all electrical devices and charcoal barbecues are forbidden.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

Evening events finish at 11pm. Please go back to your pitches without disturbing your neighbours. A night security team is present

from 10pm to 7am. If you are disturbed, do not hesitate to contact our night team

IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE FOREST, yourself and other people : Please do not light wood or coal fires. It is forbidden to barbecue, apart from when using the barbecue areas provided. The grills have to be kept in good condition and are not to be used inside a tent or near to a car. In case of an emergency please contact management immediately.
