Job description (for each role)
First 9 Month would be the accelerated rotational training: 3 months each
with following functions
o
Bid Managemento Delivery Engagement Management
o Solution Architecture
10th Month onwards: Sample activities
o Own and drive revenue numbers for Infrastructure Services business
for Europe / US region
o
Practice Lead and Business owner for IS and lead deals in the Europe /
US region
o Role functional responsibility
Innovation 40%
Sales - 30%
Client Management – 30%
o
Drive cross functional teams in MphasiS , partner and OEM ecosystemto bid and win deals (Solutions, Bid Management, Delivery and the
partner teams)
Location(s)First 9 months: Pune/ Bangalore
10th Month onwards: US(East or West Coast)/ Europe/ Asia Pacific

raters in the Annual Performance Appraisal
