PROJECT OVERVIEW

The JAC management services included Project Management, Cost Consultancy

and overseeing the site works, with a leading fit-out company Area Squared

delivering the project and Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners looking after Ingram

Micro’s best interests.

JAC Project Management also provided advice and carried out negations on the

desired level of specification of the CAT A works.

CBX11 forms part of the established Central Business Exchange complex and is

a highly distinctive white marble clad building divided into two wings, East and

West.
