Biopuncture, practiced since 1991, has attracted a growing body of physicians because of its reliable effi cacy in treating patients even after failures with other treatment modalities. Recently, Biopuncture has be-come better understood scientifi cally through the localized application of injection therapies, and thus, more accepted as a modern medical tool. It is our goal for the practicing physician to easily utilize the principles of Biopuncture, resulting in safe and rapid relief of symptoms, and to incorporate these techniques into the delivery of effective medical care.

Re-evaluation of the effi cacy of modern medical practices is gaining more attention among physicians and a better educated general public. Most conventional physicians have not had an opportunity to be exposed to complementary therapies.

Biopuncture, using the principles of bioregulatory medicine, can be used as an alternative for oral NSAIDs or local steroid injections in the treat-ment of minor musculoskeletal disorders. The technique of Biopuncture promises great potential application for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, and infl ammation.

Physicians are often surprised by the ease of use and effectiveness of Biopuncture. The additional benefi t of cost-effectiveness suggests that there will be an increasing need for skilled physicians who are trained in this technique.

Introduction to Biopuncture is a pre-requisite for registration to the advanced seminar. This seminar is a total of 7.5 hours long including the Q&A session. There will be no live injections during the introductory course. Detailed videos and slides will be available.
