Company Activities

The INKA System GmbH service commences with the development and im-plementation of customer ideas. From design through to spare parts drawings, the process is integrated into the company´s own Product-Life-Cycle-Manage-ment (PLM) .

Alongside samples or small production parts, INKA System GmbH also produces a wide variety of tools. Our portfolio also includes special machines and assembly systems, in all cases we support our customers from the development stage through to fi nal commissioning and training. We can also demonstrate extensive experience in jig construction, such as for control gauges and test gauges. Our fi eld of activity is rounded off by the use of state-of-the-art control system technology and industrial IT.

1995 Acquisition of Hofmann Werkzeugbau GmbH by INKA Verzahnungstechnik GmbH

2001 Merging INKA Verzahnungstechnik GmbH with Hofmann Werkzeugbau GmbH into INKA System GmbH

2005 Construction of the new 4,500 m² company premises in Heiligenstadt in Upper Franken

2016 INKA System GmbH was taken over by STEMAS AG and Mr Dr. Mirko Doerk and became a member of the successful STEMAS Industrieholding AG.

Scope of performance of INKA System GmbH

INKA System GmbH supports its customers throughout the complete product development process. We provide a consistent process chain by utilising Wind-chill PDMLink. We support our customers in the following individual areas:

Conception/Design

and Construction with Pro/E Wildfi re 4

data import from customers via standardised interfaces (DXF, STEP, IGES, PRT)

data exchange via standardised interfaces

subsequent processing/production with CAM-Modules

measuring and calibration based on 3-D Models

Within the manufacturing process, we work with milling (conventional & 5 axis HSC), turning (conventional & hard, driven tools), wire erosion, fl at and round grinding methods, as well as measuring with a 3D coordinate measuring machine.

We provide tools for the following areas:

Hot moulding

Sheet metal moulding (pressing and stamping tools such as precision cutting, follow-on composite tools)

Quality Assurance



Our offer is complemented by the use of the most modern software available. We use Simatic S7 / Vipa and Beckhoff IPC for control system technology for automating and visualising our plants and systems.

We utilise EPLAN-Software for documentation. To integrate machines and linked systems into your IT infrastructure, we have developed the ProScan / ProCess solution for the central acquisition, recording and evaluation of process data and (malfunction) messages. It provides up to 256 controlling units via TCP/IP and OPC servers.

Furthermore, we have developed ProLink / ProVision in accordance with TS 16949 validated process interface/quality interface for processing product-specifi c and/or task-specifi c specifi cations for set point values and test limits. The acquisition, recording and documentation of all test, inspection and process data as well as plant and system statuses for on-line process visualisation and central product overview have also been individually designed and created by us.
