“Touch of Yogurt Shampoo” is a shampoo product made by

Clairol, that is made out of yogurt. This product failed the

marketplace because people didn’t like the idea of washing their

hair out of yogurt and some people actually tried eating the

product which made them very sick.

“Life Savers Soda” was a pop made by the same company

who invented the candy and thought it would be a good idea

to make a pop out of the popular candy for a hot summer

day. The product did do well in taste tests but the consumers

said “the Life Savers name gave them, the impression they

would be drinking liquid candy”

When the company decided to make the product “Frito Lay

Lemonade” they thought that eating their salty chips, you

would need a nice drink to go along with it. But the people

did not think the same way they were, they think of chips

when they hear the companies name not lemonade.

The company that came up with this thought that since

people treat their pets so well that people would serve their

animals water from a bottle. The company made both “Thirsty

Dog” and “Thirsty Cat”, which came in beef and fish favors.

They made this product so the customers can eat their

Colgate food then after brush their teeth with Colgate

toothpaste. People didn’t think the food would taste that good

since it was a toothpaste company.

What is spray-on fabrics?

Spray-on fabric was made by a British company that formed

a way to liquefy and combined fibers to spray right onto your

body and stick. In my opinion I don’t this is going to

last that long in the marketplace

because the thought of spraying on because the thought of spraying on

your clothes in the morning is weird

and I don’t know if it would last a

full day and not come off.

This boat is made out of 12,500 recycled plastic bottles from

all over the world and recyclable materials. When

Rothschild's found out that America alone uses over 8.7

million bottles, it gave him the idea to make something

useful out of them, taking him four months to sail.

Why might it fail?

In my opinion I think this

might fail because people

might think its not strong

enough and would prefer

to have it made from

something we know can

hold.

What is the square?

The square is something that attaches to your iPhone and lets

you read your credit card and purchase items. As soon as

your done it will email you a receipt, without using paper.

Why I think it might fail?

I think this might not last

because I cant see people pulling

this out every time they buy

something and so many people

still prefer to use cash instead of

credit online.

Looxcie is something that attaches to your ear and is a tiny

video camera that lets you have your hands free at all times.

In my opinion I don’t think I would like to

have a camera right on my ear filming, I

rather have the camera in my hands. And rather have the camera in my hands. And

if you move your head or turn the camera

will move off the thing your filming.

The Power-Aware Cord is a cord that you can actually see the

power going through into your objects. This is because the cord

sends out pulses of light so you can see the electricity being put

out (the more brighter the more current). They're hoping that

when people see how much their using they might start cutting

down.

Why do I think this cord will fail?

In my opinion I think its cool that you

can see the energy that your using but

I don’t think that people will always be

checking out their cords to see the

light that its showing. It’s a good idea

but I don’t think its going to save that

much energy.
