through implementation. Entrepreneurial attitude: openness to experimenting with new ideas and learning from

constructive criticism. Deep empathy for the people around them at all levels of the organization. Effective communicator: can build rapport, influence others, and generate enthusiasm. Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple objectives.
