Promotional Material: Video – O13The video will consist of footage produced from:

• 1 shooting day at RBINS o interviews with Project Coordinators talking about course

focusing on the innovative learning methods and hands-on learning conditions.

o Interviews will be partly used as a voice-over for the footage.o The shooting day will also include filming the use of the

Moodle learning platform by a fictitious course participant.

• the 9 educational videos (HNHM) o footage of training in-the-field and natural history collections

• Footage made during in-the-field training (May 2019).

A person will have to be assigned at NHM Crete to film during the actual course and send the material to CETAF by Mid-May 2019 so as to include the footage in the resulting promotional video



Promotional Material: Video – O13

• Budget: €4,500

• Started earlier (March18) by requesting quotes for video production:a) Company 87seconds (Belgium): 3,840 €, for recording,

montage and edit. Subtitles additionally 290 € per language.

b) Company Epic Frame (Belgium): 4,285.15 €, for 120 sec video with 1 day cameraman shooting footage. Subtitles additionally 200 € per language.

c) Company Epic Frame (Belgium): 4,035 €, for 90 sec animated video. Subtitles additionally 200 € per language.



VALORISATION



Valorisation Plan

• IDENTIFY the elements that confer added value to the project, • RECOGNISE the fundamental aspects that will guide the further evolvement

of the course model from a pilot into a regular and comprehensive (blended) learning mechanism sustainable beyond the project lifetime

FOR THAT:- Networking capital of the partners needs to be exploited- Outputs need to be accessible
