• Updating our clients regarding passport and visa renewals.

Functioning of Travel Desk and Back office operations

The travel desk is manned by our senior travel counselor (IATA qualified staff with relevant experience), who will handle all your travel related requirements.

The Travel counselors are equipped with a mobile phone and laptops and are contactable to the organization 24 hours/7 days. Needless to

say, the back office is always there as a back-up this is open 365 days a year.

The Travel Desk is operated as per the working hours/ days of the organization. They would operate on online Computer Reservation

System for an online availability and reservations for all airlines.
