The Rockwell Automation iNOC (Intelligent Net Oil Computer) is an advanced design controller for Well Testing. It could be installed at the liquid leg of a two or three phase test separator. It is based on an Intelligent RTU technology to perform required calculation in Real Time on site and transmit the data to any pre-defined location. The iNOC controls the testing sequence though a Multi - Port Selector Valve (MSV) and calculate the Oil and Water Volumes, Flow Rates and Water Cut at Line and at Reference Conditions. The solution uses Line Pressure, Line Temperature and CoriolisMass Flow Meter signals as input data to perform the calculations. A Water Cut Meter could be included to improve the accuracy of the Well Test.

It guarantees the Well Test performance even if communication issue is experienced.

Calculate the Water Volume at Line Condition when a Water Cut Meter is not present.

Automatically detects MSV leaking. Save cost on personnel mobilization because the Well Test

sequence could be controlled remotely. Save cost of laboratory test to determine the Water Cut

because it is calculated on line.

iNOCFeatures Determines the Volume, Flow Rate and Water Cut using

the American Petroleum Institute (API) Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards, Chapters 11, Section 1 and Allocation Measurement, Chapter 20, Section 1.

Offers two calculation methods: Without Water Cut Meter input or with Water Cut Meter input from the measuring location in the field.

Can extrapolate to 24 hours the Oil and Water Volume measured during any test period.

    iNOCFeatures

Could be used to test a single well or several wells connected to a MSV.

Controls the test sequence of seven well depending on the number of MSV ports.

Store up to seven well tests per well for the last seven tests. Support several MSV models from different manufacturers. Perform automatic MSV leak test.

iNOCFeatures Displays the trends of Oil and Water Flow Rates and Water

Cut. As a user - friendly Human Machine Interface (HMI) for easy

configuration. It has the option of selecting Oilfield, International System of

Units (SI) or customary units of measurement for input, calculated and output parameters.

It has alarms and warnings when the operating conditions are out of range.
