Final Determination on Administrative Review Investigation of AD Duty on CRC Imports The Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) announced on 9 Novem-

ber 2018 that the Government of Malaysia initiated an administrative review

investigation on anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of cold rolled coils of

alloy and non-alloy steel originating or exported from the People’s Republic of

China, Republic of Korea and Socialist Republic of Vietnam based on a petition

filed by CSC Steel Sdn. Bhd. on behalf of the domestic industry producing cold

rolled coils of alloy and non-alloy steel.

The petitioner claimed that there was a substantial change in the dumping mar-

gin for the imports of subject merchandise by producers or exporters from the

ulations 1994. Therefore, the anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of cold
