Inspire Faculty Scheme of DST
A) Information for applying for Inspire Faculty Scheme under institute mode at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur.
Interested candidates for Inspire Faculty Scheme in institute mode for VNIT, Nagpur shall note following
1. Candidate should submit the request letter along with detailed CV through email at [email protected]. The letter should clearly mention of the department, research area, probable date of joining as inspire faculty, personal details like age, qualification etc. Complete application materials to be submitted to DST Inspire Faculty Scheme, shall also be submitted to the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
2. After receiving this information Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur will require minimum 4 weeks to convey the decision to shortlist the candidate. During this period, the candidate would be required to appear for interaction with the suitable committee and the concerned Department.
B) Information for candidates who have already secured Inspire Faculty Fellowship :
The candidates who have already got Inspire Faculty Fellowships may also approach VNIT for choosing VNIT as host institute. However, please note that VNIT would require minimum 4 weeks to convey the decision to shortlist the candidate. During this period, the candidate would be required to appear for interaction with the suitable committee and the concerned department.
