1. This guide outlines how to install the Fabspeed Valvetronic and Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust System. 2. Raise vehicle on lift or jack stands.

3. Once the car is securely raised, start by removing the rear diffuser.

4. Next pull the rear wheels and wheel wells.

5. Start by removing the O2 sensors. There are two on each pipe and need to go into the same position on the

new pipes. Label them once removed to keep them organized.

3

6. Next, loosen the clamps at each end of the cat pipes.

4

7. On the left hand side, remove this heatshield to aide cat removal.

8. Next, move to the engine bay and remove the plastic side covers.

9. Then remove the maf housings and couplers to gain access to the cat pipe mounts.

5

10. Next Remove the cat pipe mounts from the chassis, followed by the heatshields.

11. Now remove the cat pipes by twisting them back and forth and pulling them out of the exhaust. A little penetrating lube helps here.

6

12. Once the cat pipes are out of the way, you can move to the exhaust. Start by unhooking the vacuum lines on

the valves. Then unbolt the 4 mounting nuts on the rubber hangers. The exhaust will now drop out so having a second set of hands to help is advised.

13. Next transfer over the rubber hangers to the new Fabspeed system. Only the rear ones will be used. 14. To install the system, hold it in place while bolting the hangers back on. 15. Slide the provide clamps onto the exhaust inlets and then reinstall the cat pipes. If you’re installing a

Valvetronic exhaust system, do not forget to hook up the vacuum line to the valves. If installing a Supersport X-Pipe, plug the factory vacuum line.

7

16. Once Cat pipes are reinstalled and tightened up, then proceed to tighten the clamps onto the exhaust.

17. At this point it’s a good idea to start the car to double check your work. If all is well then you can reassemble

the car in the reverse of removal. 18. Install is now complete! Enjoy!
