The screwless series of industrial sockets and plugs is launched under the commercial name Leader Plus and it deliveres a com-plete range of all 7 available types of plugs and sockets in both versions of 32 A and 16 A (ISB, IVB, IZB, IPB, IRRB, IERB, IEB).

The whole series uses a special screwless spring clamps allowing safe connection of rigid and stranded wires in all cross-sections requested by international standards for 32A and 16A industrial plugs and sockets.

Mounting of wires is very simple because all the contacts are supplied in already open stand-by position and the user just needs to insert stripped wires (rigid or stranded) into individual pre-tapered pin-openings and press down the particular actuation levers to achieve a strong and reliable connection between the wires and the contacting parts of the plug or socket.

Appropriate colours of individual actuat-ing levers provide clear identication of L1,

L2, L3, N, and PE contacts and prevent in-correct wires connection.

Connection between contacting and clamping part of the male/female pins is realized with a highly specialized riveting process.

Implementation of screwless clamps enabled a fast and fi rm connection without the necessity of monitoring control of con-nection quality during operational life of our plugs and sockets.
