CANMAX400 supports multiple data bus architectures including: CAN High speed, CAN Single Wire,CAN Fault Tolerant, GM-LAN, J1850, ISO, BEAN, FLEXRAY and more. CANMAX400 includes 2additional "XPANSION" ports. The XKEY port securely docks XKEYS for RF transponder bypasswhen a data override is not possible. A relay XPANSION port supports the addition of an externalrelay pack for Remote Start Ready solutions. The 2nd generation XKLOADER2 is required forflashing CANMAX400.

Module Programming

Module Reset

The LED of the module will turn ON solid green. This can take up to 15 seconds.*If LED does not turn ON solid green, check all wiring and reset kit. Repeat steps 1 to 3.

When the LED turns OFF, the module is programmed.

For Intelli-Key models, the factory key FOB must be in the car in order to program the module.

Press and hold the Programming button, then power the module:- D2D: connect the D2D cable; or,- W2W: connect the 12-pin harness.

When the LED turns ON orange, release the Programming button.Once the LED turns ON red, the module reset is complete.
