The new Rebate Coupon program provides consumers with the opportunity to save up to $500 on the purchase of select Wood, Pellet or Gas units for a limited time.

Here is how it works:

• Consumers may obtain a serialized coupon for up to $500 instant rebate by visiting us online at enviro.com and filling in the required information. Coupon must be printed and presented at time of purchase to qualify.

• Participating dealers will discount the sale price of the unit by the amount indicated on the Discount Breakdown charts.

• Dealers will submit the required sale information to their distributor, including the coupon serial, model and product serial number. The Distributor and Sherwood Industries will each contribute 1/4 of the rebate cost. Copy of invoice showing regular price and subtracted discount must be included.

• Offer valid at participating dealers.

Example:

• Consumer arrives at a participating dealer with a printed copy of the coupon and selects an Empress FS Diamond Black for purchase.

• Dealer retains the coupon, consults the Discount Breakdown chart and provides an instant discount of $350 on the sale of this model.

• Dealer submits sale information (including invoice) to the Distributor for processing.

• Distributor reimburses $175 to the Dealer and submits information to Sherwood Industries through the online claims utility.

• Sherwood Industries provides a credit for $87.50 to the Distributor.
