Downstream Upstream

The biologically diverse stream segment is the component of the watershed, that under the normal range of conditions of consistentannual flow, alkaline buffering and stabilehabitat, a diverse community of uni / semivoltine taxa and other macroinvertebrates, are established and biologically productive, providing the building blocks of aquatic ecologic systems.
