Instructions for students:

Steps to be followed for disbursement of PG-Scholarships through direct benefit transfer scheme

Student shall enter http://www.aicte- india.org , and navigate to STUDENTS>>> SCHOLARSHIP as shown

Student shall Click on “PG SCHOLARSHIP GATE/GPAT” button

Student shall select Step-1 “List of AICTE Institutes for student reference to get Institute ID” and locate Institute ID from the list

Student shall select Step-2 and enter State, District, Roll Number provided by the institute and Date of Birth.

Press “Get PG Student ID” button

On completion of steps as above the system will display “Student ID “. Please note this ID for further references.

In case, if student id is not displayed, the student shall contact the institute and make sure that the data entered by the institute on AICTE portal is correct. In case of variation, the institute shall correct this

data on AICTE portal. The student shall now enter the corrected data and obtain “Student ID “ following the steps as above.

Student shall select Step-3 to navigate to next screen

Student shall enter GATE /GPAT Exam Number, GATE/GPAT Qualification year and GATE/GPAT Score. Student enters SBI bank account number, Branch Name, IFSC Code. Course of student getting displayed. All the fields on this screen are mandatory except for Mobile no, Alternate mobile/Landline No, Alternate Email Address, Addhar Id. The student shall then click on “New” button and attach Scanned copies of the following :

a. Scanned PDF copy of Gate Score Card b. scanned PDF copy of SBI Passbook After completing step 1 to 4, student shall click on “Submit Application” button and the form becomes read only.
