● Connect UNC-Accessible File Share Folders with SharePoint Onlineand OneDrive for Business - Expose file share content as items in aFile Share Navigator Online list, allowing users to access, download, andview file-based content through SharePoint Online and OneDrive forBusiness without migration.
● Automatic Metadata Assignment - Automatically add metatags tospecified files during the synchronization from net shares to SharePointOnline with a customizable CSV file.
● Direct Uploads/Downloads - Users can download surfaced file sharecontent and easily upload individual or groups of local files into theconnected file share folder directly from within SharePoint Online andOneDrive for Business without a VPN connection.
● Support Large Files - Surface files larger than native limitations inSharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business to consolidate access to allenterprise-wide content.
● Access all Unsupported File Types - Allow end users to browse forand access all enterprise content – including Microsoft Access data, .exeand .irm files, and Excel Share books – natively unsupported by Share-Point Online.
● Metadata-Based Search - Utilize SharePoint Online’s full metadata-basedsearch across all enterprise content, including content residing in file shares.
