Scenario – Partnership Liabilities

• Problem Observed:

– While reviewing the Preliminary Bal Sheet, I observe Accrued Liabilities is 15% less than last month

• Problem Investigated:

– I drill into the Accrued Liabilities Balance Sheet Line and see that Partnership Programs account is significantly less than prior period

• Problem Solved:

– I launch the Sales by Partnership report for current period and see that one of the major partner programs has no accrual for current period. I call the Billing Department and confirm.
