Mandate: Establishment of 3 mass transportation intermodal terminals at the outskirts of Metro Manila
1. Southwest Terminal to serve passengers from the Cavite sidePhilippine Reclamation Area (PRA) near UniwideCoastal Mall in Paranaque City
2. South Terminal to serve passengers from the Laguna/Batangas side Food Terminal Incorporated (FTI) Site in Taguig City
3. North Terminal to serve passengers from northern LuzonNear the Northern segment of EDSA
