Visual Fusion makes it easy for users to upload Excel files into SharePoint.
Visual Fusion geocodes the items within each file so that they can be combined with other enterprise and cloud-based data in a highly visual composite application.

1. Description: The contents of this field will appear in the tooltip and Details panel. You can include HTML in this column to format the data.
2. Title: The content of this field will appear at the top of the Details panel.3. Location: Must contain valid street addresses or place names.
Examples: 5913 Executive Drive, Lansing, MI; Paris, France

1. Select “All Site Content” on your application to get to your document libraries.
2. Select “VF Excel Files”

Adding an Excel FileChoose “New” to create a brand new Excel file, or choose “Upload” to add an existing file.

Enter basic information about the file.

Adding an Excel FileGeocode the file by clicking the drop down menu under “Name” and choosing “Geocode.”

Check Geocoding results to make sure all items were successfully coded.

Styling your dataNow that the file is uploaded to Visual Fusion, switch into Composer mode to style your data.
Find your Excel file feed, then drag and drop it over to the Selected Feeds column.

1. Click on the Edit icon next to your new feed to style the data.
