The primary goal for Millennium Learning Concepts (MLC) is to facilitate quality professional development and practical technical assistance for K-12 educators, policy makers, institutions of higher learning, as well as community based organizations. MLC addresses the needs of children from a holistic perspective to ensure educational, social and cultural understanding for all.
