Interested in a global career? Join our Business IT Graduate Programme Begin the journey of a lifetime in September 2013 Novo Nordisk‘s Business IT Graduate Programme is a great springboard for launching a life-changing career. As a global pharmaceutical company and the world leader in diabetes care we can give you the opportunity to use your recently-acquired master’s degree to make a difference. Start your career climb The Business IT Graduate Programme is anchored in our Corporate IT Organisation based in Denmark. During the Programme you will work on both business and technology aspects of IT management in several fields of IT, for example system and application management, project management, technology and infrastructure management, sourcing and vendor management, IT governance and strategies, and innovation and business process optimisation. Scope of the programme The Business IT Graduate Programme is a 2-year journey consisting of four 6-month rotations, based in our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Three of the rotations will take place where you are based, with one rotation in one of our global affiliates. The rotations will provide you with a unique insight into the global operation and ensure exposure to key stakeholders. A global career After successfully completing the programme, you will embark on your career at Novo Nordisk with a permanent position - perhaps as a Project Manager within Business Consulting, as an internal consultant or in a specialist unit. While you could be based in Denmark, your broad network and international experience from the programme will enable global career opportunities. Requirements To join the Business IT Graduate Programme you must hold a master’s degree in a relevant subject, for example within information systems, engineering or business administration and have no more than 1 year of work experience since finishing your studies. We are looking for people with the ability to bridge technology with business needs. Joining Novo Nordisk appeals to you, not because of the competitive salary we offer, but because the work we do is so rewarding - as we make a difference to the lives of people with chronic conditions around the world.
