Breaks Ground on New Corporate HeadquartersState-of-the-art facility expected to open in 2014

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Oct. 16, 2012Today, Intergraph, leading global provider of engineering and

geospatial software, commenced construction of its new headquarters in Madison, Ala. The newheadquarters will be located on the current Intergraph campus and is projected to open in summer 2014.

Keeping Intergraphs established employee base in Northern Alabama was a priority for both Intergraphand Hexagon, its parent company. The five-story facility will total 250,000 square feet and will featureoffice space for 1,100 employees. In addition, the new headquarters will include a state-of-the-art datacenter, customer-friendly conference space, a food service area and lakeside terraces for both work andleisure.

For the first time in Intergraphs history, we are bringing employees at this location together under oneroof, which Im confident will foster innovation and camaraderie, said Intergraph CEO Ola Rolln attodays groundbreaking ceremony. The building is a testament to Hexagons commitment to Intergraphand the Madison County business community. Ola Rolln is also President and CEO of Hexagon.

The $58-million facility was designed by Atlanta-based architecture firm Cooper Carry, and theconstruction will be carried out by general contractor Robins Morton and civil engineering firm 4Site, both

of Madison.
