1 THE CONSTRUCTION WORK DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL COMPLY WITH ALLAPPLICATION FEDERAL, STATE, AND MUNICIPAL BUILDING CODES ANDREPRESENTS:A. NO CHANGE IN USEB. NO CHANGE IN OCCUPANCYC. NO CHANGE TO EXISTING CORE (STAIRS, ELEVATORS, TOILETS, ETC.)
2 EXIT LIGHTS AND SIGNS SHALL BE LOCATED AT ALL EXITS AS REQUIRED AS PERLOCAL BUILDING CODE.
3 AS PER BUILDING CODE "NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORK." AT LEAST 24HOURS WRITTEN NOTICE SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE COMMISSIONER BEFORE ANYWORK IS COMMENCED ON ANY ITEM OF CONSTRUCTION REQUIRINGCONTROLLED INSPECTION ALL SUCH PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCHCONTROLLED INSPECTION SHALL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING AT LEAST 72 HOURSPRIOR TO SUCH COMMENCEMENT.
4 THESE PLANS ARE APPROVED ONLY FOR WORK INDICATED ON THEAPPLICATION SPECIFICATION SHEET. ALL OTHER MATTERS SHOWN ARE NOT TOBE RELIED UPON OR TO BE CONSIDERED AS EITHER BEING APPROVED OR INACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES.

6 ALL INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE IN FULL ACCORDANCE WITH ALLREQUIREMENTS OF THE APPLICABLE BUILDING CODE AND ALL LOCALAMENDMENTS
7 ALL FIRE STOPPING AND DRAFT STOPPING SHALL COMPLY, AT LEAST, WITH THEMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION CODE, FIRE STOPPING ANDDRAFT STOPPING SHALL NOT BE CONCEALED FROM VIEW UNTIL INSPECTEDAND APPROVED BY BUILDING SUB-CODE OFFICIAL.
8 ALL DEMISING WALL PENETRATIONS SHALL BE FITTED WITH APPROVED TYPE OFFIRE RESISTANCE LABELED ASSEMBLIES.
9 CONTRACTOR SHALL CHECK AND VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONSAND REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES TO THE ENGINEER PRIOR TO START OFWORK.
10 CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL DEBRIS FROM THESITE.
11 CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTION OF ALL EXISTINGWORK TO REMAIN.
12 ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH NYS BUILDING CODE PLUS ALL OTHERAGENCIES HAVING JURISDICTION.
13 CONTRACTOR SHALL DO ALL CUTTING AND PATCHING REQUIRED.14 CONTRACTOR SHALL DO ALL SHORING AND BRACING AS MAY BE REQUIRED.15 CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETAINING INSPECTING ENGINEER,
FILING APPLICATIONS, AND OBTAINING APPROVAL FOR ALL CONTROLLEDINSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY DEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS AND OTHERS HAVINGJURISDICTION.
