TheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingisa1,120hourtrainingaccreditedbytheInternationalAssociationofYogaTherapists.Thetrainingisover34monthsandissponsoredbytheGuruRamDasCenterforMedicine&Humanology,anon-profitorganization.Segmentsofthetrainingareinfourregionsoftheworldwithtraineesfrom48countries.
ADMISSION TheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingdoesnotdiscriminatebasedonrace,sex,gender,religion,ethnicorigin,sexualorientationordisability.Applicantsmustbeatleast18yearsofage. PREREQUISITES ApplicantsmustbeKRICertifiedKundaliniYogaLevelIInstructorsingoodstanding,havetaughtKundaliniYogaforaminimumof200hours,andhaveademonstratedpersonalpractice. APPLICATIONANDAPPLICATIONFEE Theapplicationforadmissionmustbereceivedatleast3monthspriortothenextprogramstartdate.Anon-refundable$108applicationfeemustbesubmittedwiththewrittenapplication.Ifadmittedintotheprogram,thisfeeisappliedtotuition. INTERVIEW Applicantsarerequiredtobeinterviewedbeforeacceptanceintotheprogram.DuringtheInterviewwefurtherexploretheapplicant’s:

ACCEPTANCE Theinterviewisfactoredintotheapplicant’sfinalevaluationofacceptanceintothetraining.AcceptanceisatthediscretionoftheAdmissionsCommittee.NotificationoftheCommittee’sdecisionisgiveninwritingwithin15daysfollowingtheinterview. OnceacceptedintotheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTraining,applicantscandeferadmissionuptooneyearafternotificationofacceptance.Afteroneyear,theyneedtoreapply. Priortoacceptanceintotheprogram,applicantsarerequiredto:

ENROLLMENT KRICertifiedKundaliniYogaLevelIteachersmayattend8introductoryin-personsegmentsoftheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingandanyofthe7onlinesegmentswithoutbeingofficiallyadmitted.Toattendtheremainingsegmentsandparticipateinclinicalsupervisionandpersonalmentoring,(TheCertificationTrack)thestudentmustbeofficiallyenrolledintheInternational
KundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTraining.InordertograduatewiththedesignationofKundaliniYogaTherapist,thestudentmusthavesuccessfullycompletedtheentiretraining. Afternotificationofacceptance,anEnrollmentAgreementiscompletedthatincludes:
• paymentdetails • thetrainingschedule • therefundpolicy
UponcompletionoftheEnrollmentAgreementandpaymentoftheEnrollmentDeposit,theapplicantisconsideredregisteredintheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTraining. Programandclasssizearelimitedtofosterapersonalizedtrainingatmosphere.Advancedregistrationisadvisedtoensureyourspace. TRANSFERHOURSPOLICY TheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingacceptsupto300transferhoursforYogaTherapytraining,assetbytheaccreditationrequirementsoftheInternationalAssociationofYogaTherapists.Includedinthe300transferhoursisamaximumof120transferhoursinconjunctionwithcompletionofacollegelevelAnatomyandPhysiologyCourse(s).Thesecourse(s)mustbetaughtbyacollegeoruniversitylevelinstructor,in-personoronline,andmustdirectlyrelatetotheCompetenciesoutlinedbytheInternationalAssociationofYogaTherapists. YogatherapycoursestakenfromayogatraditionotherthanKundaliniYogamaybeeligiblefortransfer;however,thecontentofthetransferredcoursemustmatchthecontentoftheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingcurriculumandmustdirectlyrelatetotheCompetenciesoutlinedbytheInternationalAssociationofYogaTherapists.Request fortransferhoursisreviewedonanindividualbasis. Thelistofcoursesapprovedfortransferinclude:
• 2SemestersofacollegelevelAnatomyandPhysiologycoursetaughtbyacollegeoruniversitylevelinstructorin-personoronline.
• The8OpencoursesintheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingtaughtbyGuruRamDasCenterfacultyfromFebruary2015tothepresent.
• Anyofthe7onlinecoursesintheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingtaughtbyGuruRamDasCenterfaculty.
Theprocessofapprovaloftransferhoursisasfollows: 1. TheapplicantcompletestheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTraining
applicationlistingthecoursesthattheyhavecompletedandforwhichtheyarerequestingapprovalfortransfercredit.
2)ApplicantsmustsubmitasyllabusfortheAnatomyandPhysiologycourse(s)that
theycompletedwhenseekingapprovalfortransfercourses. 3)Inconjunctionwiththeapplicationprocess,theAdmissionsCommitteewillreviewthematerial
submittedandwilldeterminecoursestobeacceptedfortransfer.Transferhourswillonlybeapproved
forAnatomyandPhysiologyifthesyllabussubmittedcoversthecontentrequiredbytheIAYTcompetencies. Note:ApplicantsMAYberequestedtocompletecompetencyexamsrelatedtocoursecontent.
4)Applicantsarenotifiedinwritingforthenumberofapprovedtransfercredithours. NOTE:TheAnatomyandPhysiologytransfercoursehoursmustbesuccessfullycompletedandapprovedbythebeginningofthe2ndyearoftheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTraining.
ACADEMICPOLICY Thein-personportionoftheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingconsistsof14segments.Ascheduleforthestudent’straininglocationissentwiththefinalEnrollmentAgreement.Studentsmaystartwiththenextcourseofferedafterenrollment.Onlinesegmentscanbetakenatanytime. ATTENDANCEPOLICY Allsegments,individualfacultymentoringandgroupclinicalsupervisionintheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingareexperientialandfullparticipationisrequired.Studentsareexpectedtoarriveontimewithpropermaterialsandbepreparedtoparticipatefully. Allsegmentsmustbeattendedinfull.Ifanysegmentisskippedorpartofasegmentismissed,thestudentsmustnotifytheirFacultyMentoratleast15businessdaysinadvance,unlessmissingisduetoanemergency,inwhichcasethestudentmustnotifyassoonaspossible.Thestudentisrequiredtoprepare,inconjunctionwiththeirFacultyMentor,awrittenplantomakeupthematerial.Thestudentisresponsibleforanycostsifsupplementaltutoringisrequired. TheschedulefortheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingispostedpriortotheprogram’sstartdate.Studentswillreceivenoticeofanychangesintheschedulewithin30dayspriortothescheduledsegmentdate. POSTPONEMENTOFCOURSESANDPROGRAMPOLICY Postponementofastartingdateofasegment,whetherattherequestoftheschoolorthestudent,requiresawrittenagreementsignedbythestudentandtheschool. CompletionofasegmentandcreditforclasshoursisbasedonExceedsExpectations/MeetsExpectations/ApproachesExpectations/BelowExpectations/NotAttempted/OffTopicsystem. AllenrolleesintheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingmustmaintainaMeetsExpectationsstatusassessedthroughattendance,classparticipation,satisfactoryparticipationinindividualmentoringandgroupclinicalsupervision,completionofhomeworkassignments,evaluationofcompetencies,personaldevelopment,completionofaCapstoneProjectandotherclassassignments. ParticipationinthefulldurationofeachIn-PersonorOnlinesegmentandsubmissionofhomeworkassignmentsisrequiredinordertoreceivecredit.Wedonothaveprovisionstomake-upforpartialattendance.Itistheresponsibilityofthestudenttofulfillthisrequirementiftheywantcreditforaspecificcourse. StudentsmustcompleteallcomponentstosuccessfullycompletethetrainingandgraduateasaKundaliniYogaTherapist. PROGRESSANDDISMISSALPOLICY Ateamconsistingofthefacultymentor,clinicalsupervisorandschooldirectormonitorsstudents’progress.Studentswhoarefallingshortofmeetingthecriteriawillhaveaconsultationwiththeirfacultymentorforthepurposeofhelpingthemdevelopaplantomeettrainingrequirements.Studentscanmeetwiththeinstructoruponrequestforprogressreportsatanytimeduringthetraining. Anystudentmaybecounseledoutordismissedforexcessiveabsences,tardiness,incompletionofhomeworkassignments,orviolationsofpolicies,rulesandregulationsoftheschoolassetforthintheschoolpublications. Studentswhocannotcompletethetrainingforanyreason,willmeetwiththeirfacultymentortowithdraw. Allmeetingsreflectingastudent’sparticipationinthetrainingaredocumentedincludingthedecisionsand/orconditionsofcontinuedparticipationintheprogram. LEAVEOFABSENCEPOLICY StudentswhomeetthecriteriaforanextendedabsencemayrequestaLeaveofAbsence(atemporaryinterruptioninastudent’sprogramofstudy.)TheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTraininggrantsarequestforaleaveofabsencefor:
• Pregnancy,childbirthoradoption • Physician documented illness or health restrictions that would prevent participation in the
trainingandareforalimitedtimeperiod • Documentedfamilyemergency
• Otherdocumentedemergencythatmayinterferewithattendance ForaLeaveofAbsencetobegranted,ithastomeetallofthefollowingconditions:
• Therequestmustbemadeinwritingtothestudent’sFacultyMentorstatingbothstartingand
endingdates,thereasonfortheleaveofabsence,andaplanforcompletionofcourseworkoncethestudentreturns.
• Theremustbereasonableexpectationthatthestudentwillreturnfromtheleaveofabsence.• Theleaveofabsencemustbeapprovedbythestudent’sMentorandtheSchoolDirector.
ThedecisiontoapprovetheLeaveofAbsenceismadewithin15businessdaysofreceiptoftherequest. TheLeaveofAbsencecannotexceed180calendardays.Uponreturn,courseworkmustbecompletedinaccordancewiththetermsoftheleaverequest. IfastudentisgrantedaLeaveofAbsencebutdoesnotreturntotheprogrambytheendoftheagreeduponleaveperiod,thestudentwillbeconsideredwithdrawnfromtheprogram.AftertheLeaveofAbsenceperiodends,whethersuccessfullycompletedornot,thestudent’sFacultyMentornotifiestheSchoolDirector. IfastudentfailstoreturnfromanauthorizedLeaveofAbsence,theeffectivedateofterminationisconsideredtheenddateoftheLeaveofAbsence.Anyrefundduetothestudentwillbemadewithin30daysoftheeffectivedateoftermination.
PAYMENTPOLICY ApplicantshavetheopportunitytoestablishatuitionpaymentplanontheirEnrollmentAgreement,andarerequiredtomakepaymentsbasedontheplanestablishedintheirEnrollmentAgreement.Ifneeded,adjustmentsinthepaymentschedulecanbemadeuponmutualwrittenagreementwiththeschool. Applicantswhochoosetoestablishatuitionpaymentplanareassessedaservicecharge.Theservicechargeforpaymentsmadeannuallyis3.5%.Forpaymentsmadequarterly,theservicechargeis4.0%.Theservicechargeforpaymentsmademonthlyis4.5%. AnnualpaymentsmaybemadeviaCheck,PayPal,ElectronicFundsTransfer,MasterCard,orVisa.MonthlypaymentsaremadeviaPayPal,ElectronicFundsTransfer,MasterCard,orVisa. Studentswhoaremorethanthirtydayslateinmakingapaymentmaybeassessedafeeof$30permonthunlesslatepaymentarrangementsaremadewiththeschool.Studentsarenoteligibleforcontinuedparticipationinthetraininguntiltheybecomecurrent. CANCELLATIONANDREFUNDS
1) A full refund of the enrollment depositwill bemade if the applicantwithdrawswithin threebusiness days after signing the enrollment agreement andmaking an initial payment, providedthattheapplicanthasNOTcommencedtraining.
2)Applicantswhowithdrawafterthreebusinessdays,butbeforecommencementofclassesareentitledtoafullrefundofalltuitionexceptacancellationfeeof$225.
3)StudentswithdrawingfromtheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingare
entitledtoarefundbasedonthechartbelow,minusacancellationfeeof$225.Theamountoftherefundisbasedonthepercentageofprogramhourscompleted,includingin-personandonlinesegments,clinicalsupervisionandindividualmentoring.

4)Allrefundsaremadewithin30daysfromthedateofterminationorwithdrawal.Theofficialdateof
terminationorwithdrawalofastudentisdeterminedbyoneofthefollowingcriteria: • The date on which the school receives written notice of the student’s intention to
discontinuethetraining.• The date on which the student violates published school policy, which provides for
termination.• Thelastrecordeddateofattendance.• If a student fails to return from an excused Leave of Absence, the effective date of
termination isconsideredthestartdateof theLeaveofAbsence. In thiscase therefundwillbemadewithin30daysofreceiptofwrittennoticeofwithdrawal.
5) The Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine & Humanology and the International Kundalini Yoga
TherapyProfessionalTrainingshallnotconsideranyclaimthatisfiledmorethantwoyearsafterthedatethestudentdiscontinuestrainingattheschool.
6) If theGuruRamDas Center forMedicine andHumanology ceases operation of the InternationalKundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training, students are refunded tuition paid in excess of thepercentage of segments, faculty mentoring, group clinical supervision completed prior to theterminationoftheprogram,andless12%foraccreditationadherenceandadministration.
7)RefundsforVeteransInaccordancewithVARegulation21.4255-1,forVeteran’sReceivingtheGI
Bill,studentswhocanceltheEnrollmentAgreementbynotifyingtheschoolinwritingwithinthree(3)businessdaysareentitledtoafullrefundofalltuitionandfeespaidprovidedthatthestudenthasNOTcommencedtraining.

STUDENTGRIEVANCEANDCOMPLAINTPOLICY Studentconcernsaretobefirstaddresseddirectlywiththeindividualwithwhomthestudentexperiencesthedifficulty.Iftheconcerniswithafacultyorstaffmember,andasatisfactoryresolutionisnotreachedthroughdiscussion,thestudentmayfileawrittencomplaintthatissignedanddated.ThiscomplaintmayincludeanysupportingdocumentationandwillbesubmittedtotheSchoolDirector.TheSchoolDirectorwillsendacopyofthecomplainttothefacultyorstaffmemberinquestionviacertifiedmail.Thefacultyorstaffmemberwillconfirmreceiptoftheletterwithin24hoursandisrequiredtosendasignedwrittenresponsewithin10businessdaystotheSchoolDirector. TheSchoolDirectorwillreviewthecomplaintandtheresponseandwilldetermineifitisnecessarytoconvenetheGrievanceCommittee.Ifso,theGrievanceCommitteewillbeconvenedwithin15businessdaysofreceiptofthefacultymember’swrittenresponse.Onceconvened,theGrievanceCommitteeassumesresponsibilityforinvestigatingthecomplaintanddeterminingwhatcourseofaction,ifany,willbetakeninresponsetothecomplaint. Uponreceiptofthewrittenresponseofthefacultyorstaffmember,theCommitteechairwillforwardtheresponsetothecomplainant.Ifthecomplainantrespondswithadditionalinformation,thatinformationwillbeforwardedviatheGrievanceCommitteetothefacultyorstaffmember. Followingreceiptofallrelevantmaterials,theGrievanceCommitteewillmeetindependentlywithboththestudentandthefacultyorstaffmember.TheGrievanceCommitteemayinvestigatethecomplaintfurtherbyinterviewingpeerstudents,otherfacultyorstaffmembers.Allmeetingswillbedocumentedandsignedbytheindividualsinattendance.Alldocumentationwillremaininthestudent’sfile. Within60businessdaysofthedatetheGrievanceCommitteeisconvenedtheCommitteemakesadecisionastowhatactions,ifany,willbetaken.Thecomplainant,facultyorstaffmemberandtheSchoolDirectorreceiveawrittencopyoftheCommittee’sfindingsandrecommendation(s). Ifthestudent,stafforfacultymemberwouldliketoappealtheoutcome,theymakeawrittenrequesttotheSchoolDirector.TheDirectormakesafinaldeterminationwithin15businessdays,andnotifiesthestudent,stafforfacultymemberandtheGrievanceCommittee.
Ifthestafforfacultymemberisputonprobation,suspended,orterminated,anylaterrequestforreinstatementwouldbebasedonthereasonforthedisciplineandwillbereviewedbytheGrievanceCommitteeinconjunctionwithSchoolDirector.TheGrievanceCommittee’sdecisionforreinstatementisfinalandcommunicatedinwritingtothestafforfacultymember. IfthecomplaintthatisraisediswiththeDirectoroftheSchoolinherroleasinstructor,anotherfacultymemberwillbeaskedtomoderatethecomplaint. Thefilingofacomplaintwillnotaffectthestudent’sfairevaluationincompletingthetrainingorcourseofstudy.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATIONANDHARASSMENTPOLICY TheGuruRamDasCenterforMedicine&HumanologyanditsInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingiscommittedtoprovidingalearningenvironmentthatisfreeofdiscriminationand/orharassment.Discrimination/harassmentisprohibitedinallprogramssponsoredbytheGuruRamDasCenterforMedicine&Humanologywhethercommittedbystaff,corefaculty,guestfacultyorstudents.Wearecommittedtocreatingalearningenvironmentthatisbasedonintegrityandisrespectfulandupliftingtoall. Allstaffandfacultyhaveakeyresponsibilityinestablishingandmaintainingalearningenvironmentfreefrompersonaldiscrimination/harassment.Allfacultymembersaredirectlyresponsiblefortheconductofstudentsinaclassorsupervisionsetting.AllparticipantsintheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingareexpectedtocomplywiththispolicyanditisthepersonalresponsibilityofallparticipantswhetherfaculty,stafforstudenttoensurethatinappropriateconductdoesnotoccur. Discriminationorharassmentbasedonrace,color,religiousaffiliation,gender,sexualorientation,nationalorigin,citizenship,agestatus,disability,maritalstatus,oranyotherbasisprohibitedbylaw,willnotbetolerated.TheGuruRamDasCenterforMedicine&HumanologyprohibitsinappropriateconductbasedonanyoftheabovecharacteristicsinallcontextsoftheGuruRamDasCenterforMedicine&Humanologyprogramming. Harassment/Discriminationisdefinedasbehaviorthatisunwanted,unreasonableandoffensivetotherecipient,whichcreatesanintimidating,hostileorhumiliatinglearningenvironmentforthatperson.Thislistisnotmeanttobeexhaustive.Harassmentcanoccurbetweenmembersofthesameoroppositesex.Therearevarioustypesofharassmentwhichcanoccur,thesecanbebasedon:
• Race,ethnicorigin,nationalityorskincolor• Genderand/orsexualorientation• Religiousorpoliticalconvictions• Membershipornon-membershipofanorganizationoraffiliation• Disabilities,illness,sensoryimpairmentsorlearningdifficulties• Age
SEXUALHARASSMENTPOLICY Sexualharassmenthasbeendefinedasunwantedandunwelcomesexualadvances,requestsforsexualfavors,andotherverbalorphysicalconductofasexualnaturethatismadeeitherexplicitlyorimplicitly-atermorconditionofparticipationinprogramsorasaninfluenceoncontinuedparticipationorevaluationintheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingORhasthepurposeor
effectofsubstantiallyinterferingwithanindividual’sabilitytolearnorcomfortablyparticipateinprogramscreatinganintimidating,hostile,oroffensivelearningenvironment. AllparticipantsintheInternationalKundaliniYogaTherapyProfessionalTrainingincludingcoreandguestfaculty,staffandstudentswillrefrainfromconductthatissexualinnatureincludingthefollowing:
• Commentsorjokes,ordegradinglanguageorbehaviorthatissexualinnature;• Sexually suggestive objects, books, magazines, photographs, cartoons, pictures, electronic
communicationorothermaterial;• Unwelcomesexualadvances,requestsforsexualfavors,oranysexualtouching;• Offering favorable terms or conditions of program participation or benefits in exchange for
sexual favors or threatening or imposing less-favorable terms or conditions of programparticipationifsexualfavorsarerefused.
• Sexualharassmentisprohibitedwhetherit’sbetweenmembersoftheoppositesexormembersofthesamesex.
DISCRIMINATIONANDSEXUALHARASSMENTCOMPLAINTS Anyclaimsofdiscriminationorharassmentareinvestigatedpromptly,andappropriateactiontakentoeliminateinappropriatebehavior.Creatingadiscrimination/harassmentfreelearningenvironmentiseveryone’sresponsibility. Ifyoureceiveacomplaintorobserveorbelieveyouareatargetofdiscrimination,sexualharassmentoranyotherformofharassmentwhileparticipatinginanyGuruRamDasCenterforMedicine&Humanologytrainingorsponsoredevent,youmustimmediatelyreportittooneofthefollowing: • Afacultymember• TheSchoolDirector

5. AKundaliniYogaTherapistrealizesthatheorsheisavehiclefortheyogapractice,nevertheirsource.
6. AKundaliniYogaTherapiststrivestobuildtheYogaTherapyclient’sconnectiontotheyogaandtotheirownsoul,ratherthantoapersonality.TheKundaliniYogaTherapistneverconsidershimorherselfa“guru”norinitiatesanyoneasadisciple.
7. AKundaliniYogaTherapistdoesnotabandonorneglectclients.Ifunabletocontinueaprofessionalrelationship,everyreasonableeffortismadetoreferclientstoanotherappropriateKundaliniYogaTherapistorhealthcareprofessional.
8. AKundaliniYogaTherapistmakesonlyrealisticstatementsregardingthebenefitsofYogaandYogaTherapy.
9. AKundaliniYogaTherapistrecognizesthattheClient/YogaTherapistrelationshipmayinvolveapowerimbalance,evenwithaclientnolongerreceivingservicesfromtheYogaTherapist.Therefore,theKundaliniYogaTherapistwillrefrainfromenteringintoapersonalrelationshipwithacurrentorformerclientortheclient’sfamilymembers.

CONSENTEDTOUCHINYOGATHERAPYTRAINING,TEACHING,ANDPRACTICE Touchcanbeapowerfultoolinteachingandinhealingandtrans-formation.Theuseoftouchisintegraltomanyapproachestoyogatherapyasanonverbalmeansofassessment,instruction,andinformation-sharing.Individuals’experienceswithandfeelingsabouttoucharevariedandinformedbytheirculturalandsocietalorientations,personalexperiences,andotherfactors.Whenusedskillfully,withclearboundaries,sensitiveapplication,andgoodclinicaljudgment,touchhasalegitimateandvaluableroleasabody-orientedmodeofengagement.
IAYT-certifiedyogatherapists(C-IAYT)areethicallyboundtoemploytouchappropriatelyandtoabidebythescope(s)ofpracticethatapplytothem.
1. Generalorspecializedconsenttotouchmustbeinalignmentwithcurrentlawsinthelocalityof
theyogatherapypractice.Itistheresponsibilityofthepractitionertounderstandthespecificlegalrequirementsthatapplytotheirpractices.
2. IAYT-accreditedyogatherapytrainingprogramsandApprovedProfessionalDevelopment(APD)coursesshallhaveinplaceprocedurestoobtaininformedconsenttotouch.Theseproceduresmustapplytoallfaculty,staff,volunteers,andstudents.
3. Informedconsentisthepracticeofprovidinginformationtoclientstoenablethemtomakeinformed,reasoneddecisionsregardingthemethodsusedduringyogatherapysessions.
1. Theintentof informedconsent istosupport legalandethicalrightsofclientstodirectwhat ishappeningtotheirbodies,to involveclients intheirowncare,andtoprovideopportunityforself-empowereddecision-making.
2. Informedconsentmayalsofunctiontoreducepractitionerexposuretoliability.
3. Informedconsentmaybeverbal,written,orboth.Itisadvisedthatwrittenconsentisgivenintheeventofcarebeinggivenoveralongtimeperiod.Individualstateandcountrylawsmayalsodictatemethodsusedtoobtainconsent.
4. Toenableaclienttoprovideinformedconsenttotouch,theparametersandintentionsfortheuseoftouchmustbeclearlycommunicatedinunderstandablelanguage. 4. Eachtrainingprogramorcoursemustprovideinformationontheintentionoftheuseoftouchintheapproach,style,ormethodofyogatherapybeingtaught.
4.1.Theintentionmustbelimitedtoguidanceforcorrectunderstandinganduseofyogapractices,improvement of proprioceptive awareness, and/or increasing self-awareness, emotionalawareness,andotherformsofinteroceptiveawareness.
5. Toethicallyusetouch,practitionersmusthavereceivedtrainingandmentorshiporsupervisionontheuseoftouchwithinyogatherapy.
1. Practitionersshalllimitthemanneroftouchusedintheirclinicalpracticestothatacquiredthroughtheirtrainingandprofessionalexperience.
