Direct assistance
• Migrants who have found themselves in a difficult life situation in Poland, in particular due to fraud, use by the employer or employment agent, discriminatory activities or violence, are able to obtain the most needed support.
• They are able to get immediate help to meet basic needs, adapted to their individual situation (e.g.: accomodation, food, emergency medical assistance, etc.).

• persons applied for refugee status and then withdrew or did not pursue their claim
• persons refused refugee status and were not granted subsidiary protection ortolarated stay
• persons received return decisions
• persons residing in Poland without a valid visa or documents authorizingresidence
• persons identified as victims of trafficking
AVR - reparation of a safe, humane and dignified return• Information and return counselling
• Identification of migrants who qualify for the programme
• Confirmation with relevant Polish authorities that selected migrants are eligible for AVR assistance
• Short-term accommodation and boarding
• Verification of validity of travel documents and/or assistance in arranging new travel documents
• Arrangement of medical examination of the returnee, when necessary
• Provision of translation of medical documentation, in case of migrants with health problems
• Provision of interpreter assistance, when necessary
• Purchase of tickets for the most convenient mode of transport
• Assistance with the journey to the airport of departure or the railway station
